The fit on the cups is very comfy because the fabric is so stretchy. My boobs could easily go up a cup size or two and still have plenty of room. However, because of this there isn't a lot of support, and I'd never go running in it. I mostly plan to use this bra for postpartum engorgement. The band is also wayyyy too big, and it rides up, which contributes to the saggy-ness. But even if I altered the band, there's just tons of stretch in the bra.
