    Fits

I have fairly even breasts, with wide and somewhat tall roots.

    ---

Aesthetically, of course, this bra is one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

First things first, I ordered from Bravissimo and the description said that the cups ran small, so to order one cup size up. I did this and ordered the 30E while I normally wear 28E/30DD. I do think it runs small because it fits me pretty well, however I would be curious to see how the 30DD fit on me, especially with the way the upper cup fits.

The fit is a bit strange; I don't quite have enough upper fullness to get a super great ... fit in the top of the cup, even though it fits "okay." I didn't realize until it arrived that there is a small piece of elastic along the top of the cup which I'm sure is to help the bra give a more fitted illusion for those it doesn't quite fit. It does help with that I think.

The shape the bra itself gives on me is kind of pointy. I never intended on getting this for an every day bra, but it is still something to consider.

Even though the 30 band stretched to ~31.5, it genuinely feels snug and firm (even as someone used to Cleo bands lol), so I may have overstreched it a bit in measuring. I definitely think your normal band measurement will be fine.

The underwires seem.... significantly softer than what I'm used to? The gore always seems at risk of floating/bending away from my body which is not something I ever experience in other bras.

My primary concern with this bra is snagging!!! There was already a frayed bit of lace on one of the cups that I trimmed off after removing it from the box, but I feel like some rough spots on my hands are catching slightly on the lace which makes me nervous for sure! I will try to be very careful and gentle with this set.

This is my first Mimi Holliday bra, and I looove it. The fabric is soft against the skin and really high quality, and I was super leased with the fit and comfort. I have major issues with itchy/scratchy fabrics and this has none of that!

Typically a gore of this height would not work for me since I have very close-set boobs, but it doesn't bother me at all. No sternum stabbies! The gore width is smaller than most of the bras I have tried on, and the curvature of the underwire works well for me.

Even with only one hook in the back I found that the fit felt secure and supportive in my size. I probably could have gone with a 28 band instead, but hey, this one was on sale.

This bra has it all- sexy, fun, comfortable, and a great fit. I will definitely buy another Mimi in the future.

I just fell in love with the colour of this bra and the fabric so I had to get it!

It is very low cut as you can see from the pictures. My nipples don´t get fully covered. The band could be a little tighter but I think this is the right size for me, as 28 I think would be too small. I don´t anyway wear it in the tightest hook, but not the loosest either.

The cup size... I don´t know if it should be a little bigger. My left breast is bigger that the right one and it starts to be more noticeable now, I guess it ... is because I demand more of the bra what comes to fitting properly, and my previous bras were all just the WRONG size. Anyway, when I put the bra on and scoop, then there is some quadboobing, especially in the left breast, but the quadboob disappears after a while. Maybe I swoop and scoop some non-breast tissue in and it doesn´t stay there? Or then it is migrated tissue that doesn´t stay in place just yet.

The support isn´t very good, but this bra is obviously a luxury piece and designed to be pretty, not supportive https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It is very good looking and the colour I just love!

ETA. The 30 band was after all too loose, and cups too small (quadboob) so I sent this back and got 28FF. The cups are there also a little bit too small, still some quadboobing. Plus I´ve got migrated tissue back since I first bought this bra a couple of months ago.

This just didn't work for me. Wires are too narrow, and the cups too tall for me. It's just terrible on my build. I need wider-set cups, and do better in things like the Curvy Kate Showgirl bras.
