This was an unknown eBay purchase, and despite much online searching I can't find the model (there's nothing on the tag, no model # to go by, and the seller didn't have much info either). From the construction, it looks like one of MH's "comfort" bras. The color scheme looks very much like the Coquette series, except they don't seem to have made a comfort bra in that colorway, so I'm stumped.
This was so nearly perfect for me. The cups fit great, wires are comfortable, the stretchy lace is very breathable for summer wear, and the wings aren't too low or too high. However, the straps were ... WAY too long. I generally don't have to shorten straps much on bras (I think because I'm low set despite having short roots?), but these wouldn't adjust short enough for me so I've had to alter them (taking almost 2 inches off) to get a bit more lift out of the cups, which don't really have a ton of lift to begin with. The projection is good, and while it's not the most supportive bra I've tried, it's fine for me as my breasts aren't very heavy.
Problem #2, for me, is the velvet trim on the band. It stretches, but it thins out a lot when it does, and that cuts in and hurts after a while. It's not comfortable at all for long-term wear, and I'm trying to figure out how I can maybe create a frankenbra out of this one by either adding something to it or maybe replacing the band entirely (maybe something a bit wider, especially since this bra only has ONE row of hooks, ouch). I love the rest of the bra, and really want it to work if I can make it happen. Elastic velvet is definitely something I'm staying away from in the future.
