Although I wear a Large in a similar Mirity bra, Large was much too compressive in this "Racerback High Impact" model. X-Large accommodates all of my tissue and provides minimal support because the band is too big for my 29" underbust. The racerback design does bother my neck throughout the day. So, when my breasts are most sensitive, I alternate this bra with Kindred Bravely Organic Cotton Medium-Busty.
For my aerobic dancing habit, this bra does not provide the support I need. But, comfort is more important to me than the elusive "supportive, comfortable sports bra" I've been trying to find for years. Adding a Boo Band ... across the top of my breasts makes every bra in my closet great for dancing: sports bra hunting has ceased. Hopefully, I will never need to leave the house with my Pepto Bismol pink Boo Band. Giggle.
Mirity's sizing is better for short-waisted, high set bra wearers. On Amazon, they are listed as a top choice for Petite women. I am extremely short-waisted and even the x-Large is not too tall. Joyfully dancing!! Bras in my correct size are almost always painfully tall. If you need a bra with smaller proportions, this is definitely worth a look.

I also get neck pain from racerback styles.
We are the same size and I like Anita sports bras. This one, especially has A LOT of support and a firm band with a wide 4-hook closure. I wear it running.
