Excellent bra, hands down. I don't wear it every time I work out because it can get a bit warm from the foam, but I actually get separation with this bra, and the adjustable straps and hook closure are fabulous. I really like this sport bra, but generally prefer the rebound racer, which doesn't have foam and feels simpler. It does a really good job of reducing bounce, and I can wear this bra running.
This is my first attempt at an appropriate sports bra for vigorous exercise. I am coming from the world of cheap compression bras in size XS. I am so glad I bought this!!!
I agree with what others have said, it runs small. I have a 27" rib cage and typically fit into 28D bras. I bought this in a 30D and it is very tight. At first I was worried that it might be too tight, but I wore it to a cardio class and I felt fine. It is difficult to take off especially if your arms are tired from exercise. I thought for a ...few minutes that I might be trapped forever, but I did finally manage to get it past my shoulders and over my head.
Adjustable straps on a sports bra? GENIOUS. No more too-tight straps cutting my traps in half.
This bra straps everything down tightly. It fits similar to a compression bra- there are stretchy cups stitched into the lining, but no foam, gore, or wires. I don't think the middle of the lining is supposed to tack like a gore. If it is, then I need to go up a cup size. Read more 91 more words
I've run in this bra twice now and I can say that it absolutely arrests all boob movement. That being said, it's a bit small overall so breathing hard is an issue, particularly given that this is a sports bra. I think it's okay for easy shorter runs but if I'm really pushing it becomes a problem. I've been wearing it with an extender which helps some but the small cup on a racer back means it's pretty constricting. I can't decide if I'm keeping this bra or not. I'm going to see if it loosens up enough after a few more washes and wears, otherwise I'll give ...it away.
It runs small in the band and cup. The band would fit a 28 pretty comfortably I think. The cup is maybe only half a cup small but it's hard to say not having tried any other sizes. I have my eye on the same bra in a 30DD on ebay (it's a super pretty color and I have no will power) but I might really be better off in a 32D. I would tentatively say to size up in the band and cup in this bra. Read more 88 more words
This bra is a bigger in the band and cups than the Moving Comfort Rebound Racer (350037) in the same size, therefore I will have to return it which is disappointing. The celery color is is fun bright yellow/green and the fabric is soft. I love that the back has three hooks and opens all the way, which makes it easier to put on/take off than sports bras that only partially open. There is no foam in the cups and the bra minimizes nicely.
My ribs measure 26.5 and my current favorite bra is a Freya half-cup in 28E. This sportsbra is a 30D but the band runs extra-small. At first it was uncomfortably tight but after a long hot summer of wear, the elastic has relaxed to the point that I'll happily wear this instead of a shirt. It does give uniboob, but the awesome adjustable straps mean there's no cleavage unless I want there to be, unlike all my other sportsbras. I should also say the back fastens like a normal bra. No racer back pullover, no weird fastenings I'd have to dislocate my shoulders to get into. That makes it super-A++++ in my book.
This bra is great for high-impact sports! The only thing to be aware of is that the band does run extremely small. This is good news for 26/28 band ladies because this style starts in a 30. For me, the 30 is still plenty snug on the loosest attachment (I measure 28 underbust) The cups, however, run true to size, so I would order a band size up and a cup size down (to compensate). Also, if you don't like the look of a sports bra that compresses you flat, then this probably isn't for you either. The straps are fully adjustable, but not long enough to criss-cross.
This bra's band runs pretty tight for a 30 (I'm usually a 28). But I purchased this when I really had no idea what size I needed. This bra is really too small for me, and I spill out on all sides. Overall, a nice bra. I'd probably want an underwired sports bra if I had larger breasts (for running anyway).
