The Moving Comfort Maia was my go-to sports bra before I discovered r/abrathatfits and realized I'm not a 34dd.
Despite not being anywhere close to the correct size, the dual layer construction makes the bra workable for me. Honestly, it mostly just squishes things down, but the inner cups help keep my boobs from hitting each other within the cup. It's underwire sits well below my boobs (because the cup isn't big enough), but it doesn't cause discomfort for me. It helps that the fabric is comfortable.
These bras have held up well over the years despite being too small for me.
I have had several of these bras in various sizes in the past few years. My size has changed so it is nice to have a new one in the proper size. I always wear a smaller cup size in sports bras because my tissue is SO soft. In my everyday bras, I wear 34G or 34GG. For a sports bra, I do not allow myself as much space because it really feels better (supportive) to have my tissue compressed.
Couldn't even put the thing on. It was a foolish attempt to purchase something from ThredUp that might be too tight but would work for running. Hah hah, no.
I basically knew nothing about my *actual* bra size when I bought this bra, just that my boobs had grown significantly very quickly and I needed to get something to contain them.
That said, This bra has amazing strap adjustments, holds very firm and is comfortable. You will have sports bra uniboob, but I don't expect any different in a sportsbra.
