This bra is lovely in appearance and seems well made. Blessedly the underwire does not cut into my underarms, but I do worry about this over time. The housing material of the underwire is not padded, or reinforced much in the underarm area. I've had the underwire poke a hole near the underarm end when they are like this in the past. The cups fit exceptionally well, and my breasts stay put with long hours of use. Often with molded bras I have the problem of having tissue bump over the top edge with long-term wear or a lot of bending over. Not a problem with this one. ... The only downside is the straps do start to slip a bit over time, and I do have to adjust them back onto my shoulders. It is not an issue of needing to tighten them, they just sit further apart on my shoulders than is ideal. My job requires a lot of movement, so I occasionally need to adjust them back into place. When I am at home or on a day off, I don't really have this problem though. Read more 80 more words
I have had luck with Natori bras in 38H recently, but this one did not fit right. The cups were at least a size too small on me, and my breasts were popping out of the top a lot. This might partially be due to an extra support band of material inside the cup, which pushed everything to the center. The center gore also bowed out away from my body moreso than it normally does on even bras that have too small of a cup. The underwire also rubs in my underarms, and this would be a problem if I wore it very long. I bought 2 colors of this style on a closeout sale online (mistake), so I couldn't return them. Fortunately my mom wears 38DDD (though I suspect she is more of a 38F-40E) and this fit her perfectly in the cups. She often has the underarm underwire problem too, and it has not been an issue for her with either one.
The cups run too small on this model, it was at least a cup size too small (possibly more). I have gotten very similar styles of Natori recently and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately this one had the same problem molded bras often do on me, it pushed too much towards the center, and caused breast tissue to pop out over the top. If I bent over, the problem became even worse. I ended up returning this one, due to this problem. For others who have problems with underwire digging into their underarms, that was not a problem for me with this bra.
I was skeptical about this bra, I used to avoid molded bras, because they would cause my breasts to pop out the top center, esp. if I bent over. This was not a problem with this bra. I could likely use a cup size bigger, as it just barely fits all of the breast tissue, but sadly they don't make a cup size up in this one. My biggest concern with bras (aside from cups fitting), is having the underwire dig into my underarms, which is not a problem at all with this one. The straps are also very comfortable and support well, despite being pretty plain standard sized ones. The only negative is that I have had the underwire (armpit end) make squeaky sounds a few times, but it happens so rarely that I haven't noticed a reason for it.
