Overall Shape: Narrow, Shallow, Average cup separation, Full on bottom, Average/shorter roots.

I was really surprised as how well constructed this sports bra was. Bra feels like it's a encapsulation style if it fits your shape well. The bra contains underwires and the band is overall very firm. I am normally a 28F and the 30 band felt okay upside down and backwards. Due to the shape mismatch, the band felt tighter when I had the bra on correctly.

The triangle shape will not work well if you're full on top. Due to the shallow shape, my breast tissue ended up sitting higher in the cup. Even though I didn't ... get quad boob, there was some breast tissue outside the cup. It actually feels like a cup size too small, but I believe it's because it's too shallow for my shape, so my breasts end up sitting too high and pushing the bra up.

Gore doesn't tack. The shoulder straps are not too wide set (due to triangle shape). I do not fill out the bottom well (even though I'm FOB)--this is due to the molded/padded shallow cups. There's not wrinkling, but I can feel the extra space in the cup bottom.

I was searching for a low cut sports bra that wouldn't peek out of my workout tops. While the Natori Zen certainly fit the bill for low cut, it was made for a different boob shape than mine. I have wide-rooted, shallow boobs. It seemed to do ok for the wide-rooted part, as it felt fairly comfortable on the sides. The gore tacked fine, and the straps were fine. Unfortunately, I really could not fill out the bottom of the cups, and there was quadboob on the top. My inability to fill out the bottom was not super noticeable once I put on a tank top, but I'll have to keep searching for the perfect sports bra.
