BAFH®, Boob Anihilator From Hell.
Bought this one in Germany. The friendly saleslady advised "those are stretchy and work when tight, never mind the label". Ok got that.
Tried it at the hotel and came to buy 5 more. But why ?
It does what it says. Look, no boobs ! Ideal for those times when I have to conceal them and run out of duct tape.
It has to be worn real tight, confirmed. Sort of hugs once in place, quite a good feeling. However... Girs gone fishing. Where ? Sidewise, under the armpits, down. All but not up & perky. Yep, anihilator at work. Which is why that fleet has ... seen that much use.
Side panels are not deep but won't collapse, this is a U back and forces spread well. Gore tack ? About 1/2 inch on the upper portion.
No underwire or bones whatsoever.
Lower cups ? Oh yes, anchored right at the fold, not moving any. Cups comfort ? Molded, seamless, nice hug but shapeless.
Straps ? Evil. They're wide and still attempt to slip. In the process, the outer trim folds unded the wider part and turns into a paracord embelishment. Which stops further sliping and bites quite deep.
Guess they're way too soft, lack structure and sort of fold under the tension.
Bottom line, it does what it says. Reduces projection and feels way less claustrophobic than other with the same purpose.
How effective ? I tried to illustrate the optical reduction by wearing the magnificent best so far black Elila 1303 and the Naturana 5252 under the same full slip.
Compartively I'll say 2 cups less, sufficient for concealement under most outfits.
Very good quality materials and craftsmanship, washes well, white & shiny and shows very little wear over the years. A good utility bra investment indeed.
Overall, even if I hate minimizers, this one does the job without excessive splashing and choking. Feels more ike a poor fitted bra with odd straps. Which is lesser evil than duct tape inspired models.
