This is a super beautiful bra! I believe it’s a balconette style, which is not something I normally wear, so I kinda felt a little uncovered lol! I don’t have quad boob by any means, but they definitely have a “pop” to them. The wires are narrower than I’m used to, but they seem to be right on the very edge of where my breast tissue ends. The gore softly tacks. The fabric is a little on the scratchy side and the band is a little snug. It isn’t unbearable, but it should be noted that Nessa bras do seem to run snug, at least in this cut. ... I might benefit from going up a cup size to 34JJ (75N) but it’s hard to tell. It might not have enough projection for me.
Anyway, it’s a very beautiful bra and has that narrow characteristic that Polish bras are so known for! It was worth the money and the wait. It’s a great addition to my collection!
UPDATE #1: So I think I definitely could benefit from sizing up on this one. It squishes them down so much that it’s almost like a minimizer. Gives a lot of cleavage. Also kinda separates them a lot and does an East-West kinda thing. Overall still a beautiful bra, not uncomfortable, but I’ll definitely buy a size up next time if I go with Nessa again.
UPDATE #2: I tried an extender and it seemed to alleviate some of the issues (the East-West pilling must’ve been because the band was too tight; the boning didn’t hurt AS MUCH, but more to come on that; and the coverage was a little better, but still kinda WHAM HERE’S WHY ITS CALLED A “RACK”).
I ended up taking the advice of someone on the ABTF reddit and removed the plastic boning on the sides. I’m hoping it will help with the comfort level. I plan to update after I get to wear it again after it’s been washed. I’m also hoping that washing it with soften the embroidery a little because it’s itchy!! The thread isn’t soft, it’s really scratchy and plastic-y feeling.
Anyway, more to come!
