I have soft, runaway breast tissue that's trying to hide under my armpits, a.k.a Mom Boobs. I've been searching for a bra that's both comfortable and keeps the girls front and center all day, and this is the first one I've tried that actually delivers.
These bras are made with much higher quality materials than you'd expect from the price. Everything that touches your skin is soft cottony fabric, but the rest is all business. Underarm flub and east-west breasts are roped in using multiple fabric layers and light boning in the underarm and lateral cup. Once you get everything in position, it's ... going nowhere! The overall feeling is squeezy, yet the broadness of the compression makes it comfortable. The only discomfort I've experienced is when the fat between my shoulder blades and arms catches on the top of the band. I could see the straps being a bit wide-set for some people, too.
I highly recommend using the sizing chart on the website - these bras are sized differently than most other brands. The bra arrived feeling tight and the cups feel shallow for Ds, but this all works in my favor as I've got wide bases and shallow breasts. A spacer is included with every bra from Orlinas, and that's a good thing! The material of the band stretches out with use, so the spacer both makes it wearable at first and gives the bra a longer life overall.
As to how it looks... goodness, this contraption is so beautiful that it looks more like a belly dancing top than a bra! There's lace, sparkly stuff hanging from the center gore, golden stitching, and some gauzy fabric on the top of the cup to help eliminate any visible line between the bra and your breast tissue. It allllmost makes me want to parade around shirtless. That said, all that pretty lace does show through certain t-shirts. I'm hoping to find a smooth version for thin fabric days.
All in all, very satisfied with this bra!
