I recently discovered a bra I want to share with all of you. It looks like any ordinary, run-of-the-mill t-shirt bra, which is not terribly exciting. However, it has some quirks in its shapings that are unique, and if your shape is like mine, you may enjoy wearing this incredibly soft, comfortable, supportive bra. My daughter has sprung "buds", so she wants to learn all she can about this business of bras. Since she is basically my twin (except for age of course) I believe she's thinking ahead about how she's going to solve things with me that she perceives as problems.I am blessed that she ... will NEVER have to go through what I did over bras...I was truly convinced I was deformed. That aside, my daughter said to me the other day, "Why do you wear bras that pull your boobs apart?" I understand her question, but it's not what she thinks. I am wide set, but most bras are designed for people with larger rib cages than me, so rather than bring tissue forward and front they appear to press tissue into the underarm sides of the cups and leave a wide gap in the center. I did a bit of Googling to see if I could find a bra that was designed to bring wider set breasts more front and center. What I found was a "push-in push-up". Even though it sounds like it's trying much too hard, it turns out the design makes good sense. Orlinas bras have basic American sizing, so there's no room for customizations like smaller bands with cups that go over size C. I really need a 32 band, but a 32C would not work cup-wise, so I opted for the 34C and figured I could alter the band if need be.I am so happy to report that so far this bra is working under all my clothing and it's been comfortable, and shapely. I don't even think about it. It doesn't need adjustments or tugs or strap realignment. In a perfect world the band would be a 32 but the design of this bra does not allow the 34 to move around on my ribcage. It's quite nice that it stays put without me having to feel like I'm in a 19th Century Corset.In the photos you can see that the bra has a couple of quirks to its shape. It's not straight and symmetrical like Aerie T-Shirt bras. The cups really do bring my tissue front and center, and in a comfortable way at that! Since this bra obviously sells, I know I'm not the only one with a body type that doesn't fit well in average, basic sized bras.I hope others get a chance to check out Orlinas interesting designs. I intend to purchase more as soon as I can.
