maraki , yes I have to use it with an extender. But that doesn't solve the collapsing cups at bottom
So did you try 30 band? I have the same issue with my 30 J bra
My underbust is 26" and I usually wear 28 bands on the tightest hooks. This bra fits well as a normal bra if I wear it on the tightest hooks, but the band isn't tight enough to help a lot with exercise since it doesn't eliminate enough bounce. The straps also don't adjust that much, but they come with a convenient hook to convert them into racerback straps, which is useful for the straps being slightly too long on their own. It's a good bra overall, it just doesn't support me enough for intense activity because I need a 26 band. I can still wear it as a normal bra or for low-impact activities and it's very comfortable that way. The fabric has an enjoyable buttery soft texture.

It's pretty much as advertised: medium-impact bounce control. I can lean over, bend all the way down, stretch, and jump, and so far I haven't fallen out or spilled very much out the top. I haven't used it for real exercise yet in case I needed to return it, but I think it'll work out. The straps are pretty comfortable, although they are definitely on the short side (for obvious reasons, but since they're not adjustable, I could see it being a problem for some people). The J-hook adds even more stability.
I didn't feel very compressed in this bra. I'm not sure yet if that's a plus ... or a minus. I don't like a lot of compression, but since there's essentially one cup (kind of a boob shelf) and no encapsulation, I wonder how it's going to fair over time. It does manage to hold my boobs impressively separate, considering it's a sports bra, but I do expect them to migrate toward the center with real exercise. The band is reasonably snug but not particularly tight, and it's already getting noticeably looser. (My comfortably snug underbust is 33".)
It's a little bulky, but I think that's probably to be expected at this size range. There's a bit of a shape mismatch with my (very projected, narrowish) boobs, but I expect that with no underwire and especially with foam cups, and you don't really want much projection in a sports bra, so I don't mind the slight gaps at the very sides or the very tall cups. So overall I think it'll do the job.

Love this bra! I hope I still love it after I wear it. I also ordered a neon reptile 7341a in 30F, and that one doesn't hold as firmly. You know why? The elastic under the cups is actually wider on the 30FF. The 30F is close to .5, and the 30FF is .75!! Also, be aware that the straps don't adjust THAT long. There is a J-hook, but heck if I know how to get that thing hooked behind my back.

During my journey to find a bra that fits, I also decided to find a sports bra that fits. I decided to compare the top 3 companies for sports bras recommended on r/ABraThatFits: Panache, Freya, and Shock Absorber. My main goal was to find a sports bra suitable for running. For reference, I'm projected, FOB, center full, narrow roots, petite (4'11"), and normal bra size UK 28F.
I love the fit and shape of this bra! I found the band and cups very true to size. I was worried the lack of underwire would mean the bra wouldn't give my breasts any shape, but the cups are molded and ... provided a very nice uplifting shape! The wireless bra is more comfortable and preferable to me compared to the underwire Panache sports bra which put more pressure on my ribs.
I tested it by running in Texas 90F heat, and it wicked away sweat very well. I actually ran my fastest time, since I didn't have to stifle my movements to keep my boobs from bouncing like I was doing previously. Though I did have veeery slight movement in my slightly smaller breast. Regardless, this is way better than the compression sports bras I used previously, and I ended up purchasing a second one for running.
I've posted links to my reviews of the other sports bras below for easier reference:

Freya Epic Moulded 28F: http://bra.pe/X2ks/

And it is a win for running with boobs!
The panache sports bras are awesome!! The only thing that holds me down better is the knix catalyst.
This sports bra is a couple cup sizes too small, but honestly I still wear it. My boobs do get squished together a bit, but I expect this from a uni-boob sports bra. In larger sizes, this dug into my armpits a little and wasn't high-impact enough for running. In the smaller size, my boobs are squished but at least they are held in place. The design is SUPER cute. I love the padded straps. I do get pretty sweaty in this, but it's still one of my favorite sports bras.

Overall a good fit. It wants a little more upper/even fullness than I have since I am bottom heavy and rather shallow. It provides good support and is very comfortable to wear. I am a little long in the torso so the j hook option isn't really an option for me but I don't care that much.
