Damn is it tight. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> There seems to be a very large jump in cup size from the 30E to the 28E. The shape is much different as well. It has a very FOB shape with an upward point/slope, and very shallow on the bottom half. I couldn't quite feel the bottom of the 30E, but this sits nearly an inch below my boobs! I feel like I'm escaping out the sides, underwires want to sit on breast tissue on the sides, I get major quad on top, and yet there is empty space at the super high apex! No amount ... of swooping and scooping will get my boobs to take the shape of the cup. It's almost shaped like a 7 and my boobs are an upside down seven, so completely opposite haha.

As for the band, it is sooooo firm; it barely stretches and I have to have an extra 2 hooks of an extender for it not to kill me currently. Either my 30E REALLY stretched out, or the dark dye makes this bra run small. I do know darker colors run smaller, and I bought the 30E a long time ago so the bra could have changed over time, but this just seems to run almost 2 sizes smaller in the cups, shallower with a pointier cup shape, and really tight in the band.

On the flip side, IT'S SO PRETTY. Oh my gosh I love the galaxy!! Usually I pass on navy (black or dark purple would have worked with this color scheme as well) but it's so dark and the galaxy is so nice, I just really love the look of this bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I'm on the lookout for great leggings that match!

I don't know if I want to try a 28F, or another 30E in this bra if it really has changed over time... I already took the tags off and wore it as a t-shirt bra for a day (which btw, at least that upward pointed shape looks great under a t-shirt haha) so I guess I'm going to make it work for now. I just work out at home. It won't be an option for a lazy day bra any more, but as it stretches and I wash it, maybe it will soften up.

Anyone else notice a difference between an older and newer Panache Sports bra? The model number is still the same... Yet to me it's so different. Hmm.

This is such a great sports bra, you don't realize how much bounce and jiggle you experience even with smaller boobs until you eliminate it entirely. Wow, what a difference it makes! An other thing this bra did for me was make me realize that there is at least a whole cup size in difference between my bigger and my smaller boob. It shows very clearly on my left side where the is an indentation where I simply cant fill the top of the cup whilst my right size fills it completely. I think my right side is even a tiny bit crammed, I did buy the F cup first though and it was too big. I'm guessing that if you have very little tissue on the top half of your breasts you might experience a bit of the same trouble as my smaller side.

This was overall too small for me. I had read that the Panache Sport runs a little big, so I ordered two sizes to try out. The cups were too small for sure. I had too much left out of the wires on the sides, not because they were too narrow, but because there just wasn't room. If the bra wasn't so tall I would have had crazy quadding. As it is I had awesome date night cleavage in it (it doesn't show up well in the pics, which is a shame because it was impressive to behold), but I'm lifting weights not picking up dates, so nope.
The wires were cozy though and the band was TTS. Good tension, but it is a little too tall for my lats to like it.
As far as color, I liked it quite a bit more in person than I do online. The pink is very bright, which is not my thing, but the blue gray trim tones it down and I liked it.

Thought the lining was neon yellow, but it's more lemon-lime. The band starts out tight, but I'm pretty sure it'll stretch to perfect. The cups are odd. The wide wires seem to reach under my armpits, the top lies flush except for the center, and since the gore is too wide, my breasts are flattened where the cups expect fullness. I think I may need to go down to a 28DD.

I have wide-rooted, even breasts with tall roots.

There is no cutting into my tall roots on the top--great fit there.

Very tight band, reminiscent of Cleo bands. This bra is SO CUTE and feels very well made.

The underwires are strange--they feel much more flexible than normal wires. It is hard to feel them at all. I didn't realize that the bra was actually sitting well below my inframammary fold at first. I tried adjusting it upward but I find it more comfortable a bit below--however, it's hard to tell where the wires even are due to their strangeness, and I'm not sure the wire ... placement matters as much for a sports bra.

It gives a nice round, and uplifted-but-slightly-minimized shape. I would definitely wear this as a normal bra on some days.

Due to the shape and construction of the bra, I had some difficulty on the S&S.

Can update this review after the next game of ultimate frisbee!

update: This sports bra is AWESOME! I don't have large breasts, but the fact that I never thought about what I was wearing or what my boobs were doing proves that everything was in place (and I could focus on the game!).

Great looking, and gets along well with my shallow shape. The 28E fits true to size for me. It performs excellent during workouts, no bounce or discomfort at all.

The good thing about this bra is that the fabrics are very sturdy. Not something flimsy at all. It's one of the prettier sports bras on the market for big busted girls. However it doesn't feel good at all though, I'm constantly aware of it. I play soccer and sometimes when I sprint and go at it I can feel the underwires poking into my sternum. The straps are also far too long for my petite frame even at the tightest setting and hooked into racerback positon(this makes my boobs bounce uncomfortably). I adjust the bra while training AT LEAST after each jog/sprint across the pitch. Annoying to ... say the least, and very uncomfortable... Even while sitting down doing nothing, as I am doing now, the bra hurts me. It makes me feel suffocated and crushes my ribs. It's down to the strain of the too-small-cup I'm certain, because I can still pull away the bra from my body without any difficulty.

Due to the wrong size this bra is no good for me whatsoever, but unfortunately it's the best I've found yet. I desperately need help finding the right size/another bra that works much better for me.

During my journey to find a bra that fits, I also decided to find a sports bra that fits. I decided to compare the top 3 companies for sports bras recommended on r/ABraThatFits: Panache, Freya, and Shock Absorber. My main goal was to find a sports bra suitable for running. For reference, I'm projected, FOB, center full, narrow roots, petite (4'11"), and normal bra size UK 28F.

I tried to size down to 28E, because my FOB-breasts had too much empty space at the top of the cups for 28F. Unfortunately, the 28E cups were way too small, so I had tissue spilling out on the sides near my ... armpit that would rub against my arm with any movement, which would be very annoying during exercise. I also found the wires to be too firm for a bra that I intended to run in.

While I felt the band was comfortable and true to size, the wires pressed against my ribs which made it hard to take a deep breath. For my shape, I found the non-wired Panache sports bra to be a better fit and a lot more comfortable for exercising.

This is a solid sports bra. However, the 28F fits me better than this does. I wear the 28F as a day bra sometimes, although the center gore height is on the tall side for me. Fortunately, the wire itself is not so high, so it doesn't dig into my sternum.
