I prefer swimsuits to bikinis, so I had been looking to buy one for quite some time. I found the Veronica on eBay and have been using it for the last nine months or so.
All in all, I love it. The color is nice, it holds when you swim, the straps don't fall off your shoulders, there is no horrible padding in the cups and, best of all, by boobs are actually where they're supposed to be, not halfway down my stomach. I really have nothing to say against the Veronica. It survived the swimming pool, the sea and the sauna just fine.
One thing to keep in mind, ...though - it is not a modest swimsuit https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It's a bit like wearing a plunge bra and I was a bit worried at first that my boobs will fall out... but, so far, they've never had and I've given them plenty of opportunities.
The band is also quite stretchy, so you might want to consider going down a band size. I like the 30H because it is comfortable, doesn't pinch my back fat and I'm in the water most of the time anyway; that said, the band is definitely not horizontal but makes that upside-down u thing larger bands do. My usual size, 28HH, was sold out in this bikini top, so I went for the sister size; which means that the band rides up a little, but, on the other hand, my back-fat doesn't get so pinched in (which is quite awesome, considering it's swimwear).
The straps are fully adjustable and the underwired cups are true to size and quite stretchy. I think that they'd fit 30 GG/H/HH boobs, because the fabric sort of molds itself to one's body and doesn't wrinkle or cut in.
There's a small pendant in the middle of the cups with "Panache" written on it.
All in all, I'm so happy with this bra ...that I would recommend it to anyone. It's the first bikini top I've had that doesn't make me look lumpy, and I felt great the very moment I put it on. I haven't swum in it yet, but it's a regular balconette shape, so I hope that it will stay firmly in place!
--- EDIT ---
So I've swum in it and sunbathed in it and run around in it and everything's fine https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> When it got wet I thought that it might have actually got larger... but my boobs have grown lately, so I guess that fixed itself on its own. This is a one-piece with bra-sized cups (yes, there are two separate cups under there - it's not just a shelf!) The underwire is plastic (no rust) and there is also a plastic bikini-style clasp in the back.
This is discontinued so I got it at a discount. The retailer only had 30H, but the reviews said to size up in the cups (and I'm usually 30G/GG) so I figured it had a strong possibility of fitting.
I think I possibly could have gone with my normal size. The cups *are* too big. They are both too wide and too tall; the too-tall is the bigger problem, as it ...keeps the wire under my IMF. If I pull it up into the my IMF, the ends poke into my sternum and armpits. (And since they're plastic, they can't be bent.) But if I don't pull it up, it actually falls into kind of a nice place where it feels comfortable on all fronts, and the tight spandex material still gives me a lot of support even though the wire is too low. There's no quadding, possibly because the front runs high enough to cover the fullest part of my bosom.
The rest of the suit fits well through the body. I guess they figure a 30 ribcage basically means a S/M overall (and/or it's stretchy enough to kind of work either way). Bear in mind I'm short-waisted, so it may run short, I can't tell. I find one-pieces less sexy but more functional than bikinis (especially since I don't like water touching my tummy.) This is a good suit for swimming at the lake with the family. Read more 168 more words
for now I wear 28HH or 28J and It fits, but It gave me a weird shape so which means it does not fit. I have wide set and shallow breast some panache works some just give worst nightmare. It's not the worst but It has a shape to be a best friend. If I wore this into the pool I probably had had to adjust my cup every 30 mins.
Perfect for Round and Projective shape
the meterial are very stretch
still I love it especially I love the band part it give great support! Well done Panache! for strapless swimwear it's fail but as a just normal bikini top with straps it's okay
pros: top is a pretty color and I like the bow in the center. Seems durable.
cons: the gore comes of kind of high and becomes very uncomfortable after minimal wear time. Keeps breasts kind of far apart for my liking. The wires are pretty wide and got uncomfortable after minimal wear time. The fabric becomes less supportive when it's wet.
This is the first bikini I've ever owned (I was raised mormon), and I gotta say I was a little worried when I ordered. But when this beauty arrived in my mailbox, it was love at first sight. I tried on my other bras that came and was underwhelmed. When I tried on my bikini top, it felt like angels had come and lifted my breasts and put them where they belong. I'm amazed at how well it fits because of it being a swim suit. It feels great and looks sexy. The only thing I think other wearers might not like about it is the "plain" look it has. I actually like that because I'm a very reserved person when it comes to my clothing. Now, if only I could find other bras that fit as well as this!
