    Fits

I'll have to review this again in a few months for sure, but as of right now, with a few modifications I have never had a bra look like this on my body before.

The pictures I took made me REALLY see my own shape, what I'm supposed to look like in a bra and what support is supposed to feel like. I learned that I don't like too tall a gore, which led to me learning how to modify gores and wires and I bought some meshy athletic fabric that's coming for me to pad a little bit behind the gore and behind another itchy spot. I learned ... that I had quilting soap in the back of my closet and that you can use that for bras!

The uncomfortable parts: I've worn sports bras for... pretty much my entire bra life. So having a real band is taking some getting used to. The gore itches like mercy and I'm not quite sure why, I'm hoping it was excess soap but I'm going to probably sew a tiny thing on the inside to protect my skin from it, and I'm going to bend the wires a bit so it isn't touching as hard. The part where the bra cup turns into the strap has some lace that itches as well so if you have super sensitive skin you might have to do a little modification of this bra.

I don't know what it'll be like in six months, but as of 3/17/2017, Panache is getting some money from me.

    • So beautiful on you! Hope the mesh helps; itchy is not an adjective I want associated with my bra ;-)

Thank you so much! I'm kind of body-negative toward myself, and seriously, posting this bra to this site and to the ABraThatFits Reddit was an amazing experience.

Looks beautiful! Congratulations on finding a bra that makes you feel good about yourself! It's amazing how a properly fitting bra can lift your spirits and give you a nice confidence boost! As time goes on, you may start to get more used to lace and mesh and snug bands. Good luck with your future purchases!

    • Congrats on finding a bra that brings out your beauty! I too have issues with scratchy bits, but can usually address them in one or more of the following ways:
--When "clear" thread is cut too long, it pokes. Carefully trimming back those unruly threads works wonders.
--Bra tags can be tacked down to not poke and rub with a well placed stitch or two.
--Rough new fabrics can be given a helping hand at break in with a gentle application of a fine grit sandpaper or emery board. This should be VERY done judiciously so as not to ruin your garments.
--Pharmacies sell something called "moleskin" in the foot care section that is soft/plush and can be applied over areas like gores that may be too stiff/uncomfortable in a new bra. There is usually an adhesive backing but if you aren't handy with sewing, this can be a real boon.
--I have gone as low tech as overlaying a problematic part of a new bra with a piece of whatever soft fabric of have laying around, then settling myself into it. This won't work as well when it warms up but I'll worry about that when winter ends. :)
      Enjoy you bra journey!!

Old and rarely worn. I think not enough immediate projection for me. Looks like it fits but feels off.

The red and black version of this bra is so beautiful. It is the sexiest set I own and super comfortable. The wires and band are firm, but don't dig. Great for average and immediate projection.

    Used to fit

Shape: firm tissue; projected; ridiculous amounts of immediate projection; full on bottom; even-to-centre full; close set; splayed, narrow and short roots.

    Overall fit:

This is the first bra I have bought in my new size that fits acceptably and is comfortable to wear all day. Due to a complicated shape combination, I have struggled massively with finding the right styles in bras readily available in the UK, so I am aiming for progress not perfection. Bear that in mind as you read!

Gore is one of the narrowest I've seen without crossing over in a non customised bra. Average to narrow wires of average height. Full cup style means ... straps don't feel like they're falling off your shoulders. No gapping on the stretch lace, which is normally an issue for me as a FoB person.

There are some fit issues that for me are acceptable (as for my shape I know that really I need to invest effort and money into finally buying Polish brands but need some UK options that are just OKAY for convenience) but may bother others a lot:

Wire is too wide for me by a fair bit, but less so than most I’ve tried so far. It is not uncomfortable at all despite this, not sure how.

The depth is too shallow for me as a very immediately projected person, so I do get some downward wire migration a few minutes after scooping and swooping, but certainly not as bad as other bras I've tried. Once everything redistributes in the cup throughout the day it sorts itself out.

Gore is higher than I prefer but does not cause me any pain throughout the day, nor does it rub or itch- this is a miracle for me as a close-set, short-rooted person who normally needs low gores.

    What I like:

I think the shape this bra gives me is great. Front and centre placement, slightly rounded but not too flattened that you lose the shape that tells you 'this is a projected boob' (looking at you moulded t-shirt bras). If you've tried the Envy and it gives you the torpedo effect which you don't like, I'd try this out.

The design of this bra is stunning. It is extremely well made for a bra that I would consider mid-priced (I'm in the UK and picked this up for £32).

I have extremely sensitive skin and eczema and for me, the material (even the lace) is not scratchy or irritating.

The colour (labelled as black) is interesting- the silkier part is a purpleish blue-toned black, and the lace is true black. This gives dimension and allows the design to really shine, which is not often achieved with black bras.

    What I don't like:

Panache are known for firm bands. I've tried this (Clara) and the Envy so far- this is far firmer. Combined with the low wing height and band being on the thinner side, if you have a lot of soft tissue or loose skin around the back and shoulders and prefer that to be held in with solid construction, I would say this bra is not for you. Even on me, a person with average levels of loose skin/'back fat' (which is a normal thing people), wearing on the loosest hook there is some level of spillage above the band.

Related to this, I am affronted by Panache's insistence on two hook bands for smaller sizes in basically every style. I wish it was 3. I like to feel held in.

The outer wire channels are way longer than than the wires and I wish the wires reached to the top of this. It would then be perfect. However that is probably just specific to me and anyone else who has the helpful combination of those lovely 'Nike tick' splayed roots that need less U-shaped wires to accommodate for gradually increasing narrowness from left to right of the boob, and are also generally very narrow.

Yes, it is that beautiful. It's also a little shiny, and more blue than the pictures implied! The stretch lace feels quite delicate and definitely does its job. I'm not sure if it's the perfect shape for me as the bottom wrinkles if I scoop and swoop, but if I resettle things that goes away.

    Didn't fit

Ordered both the 32F and 32FF. The 32F cups were too small and a bit too shallow (probably because its too small) causing some quadding. The 32FF basically fit perfectly. Both bras fit well everywhere else. Center gore tacks, wires enclosed my wide roots nicely. Nice rounded side profile and quality design.

Narrow wires, narrower gore than most, on the fuller coverage side of demi, but does not dig into my breast, rests on top. More supportive than Jasmine and Envy, gives me a better shape under clothes (jasmine separates me, envy is very green/blue shape, this is purple-green). It is stretch-lace, which is not my fave for longevity, but I think it will hold up better because more of the cup is solid. Nude color is a wee bit frumpy, but it is ultra-feminine and satiny so it still makes me feel pretty. Low-profile lace doesn't show through most shirts.

The wires are definitely a bit too tall but otherwise this is a great fit. Very sturdy and encapsulates from all sides. The look it gives is almost but not quite pointy.
