I initially wasn't sure about this model, but I'm glad I went and ordered it. I picked it up because it was a good deal. I got the black with red flowers print which I wasn't overly in love with when I previewed it, but I actually like it better in person. Edited: As of 12/2014 I grabbed this bra in the light blue as well. Seems to fit equally well.
Compared to my other @Panache and @Cleo bras, this one has more narrow straps which is great. When I tried it on I had to double check if it was supposed to be a balconette bra since it ... fits more like a full coverage bra than my other balconettes. I don't mind this, but that may be a negative to some others. The band is supportive, didn't feel tight and wasn't too stretchy. Cups seemed to be a good volume for me, though I had nursed my baby shortly before trying it on so it might be tight when my breasts are more full. I had read some reviews which suggested this bra runs a little small, but I have found the fit acceptable so far. The top edge of the bra has a little stretch to it so that may allow for a bit of leeway.
The wires might be a little wide for me though they seemed about on par with the other @Panache bras I've tried on. I found that the wires rub in my armpit somewhat uncomfortably, which is an annoyance. I'm not sure if I can adjust it so that's less of an issue, but if not that may make me not want to wear this bras for long days.
I really like the shape of this bra. So far my best fitting bras are my @Panache @Floris in 32JJ and @Cleo Chloe in 32J. The Floris gives more of what I'd call a torpedo boob effect (though it's not super noticeable with my clothes), but the @Fern gives me a very nice, rounded shape which I really like.
