The black is definitely smaller/shallower in the cup. This is my Panache Harmony balconette 28E in chocolate, and there is no weird "flattening"/"denting" on the bottom of either cup. The lace panels on this bra in chocolate are taller than the those on same bra in black, but not enough to cause the typical "Panache/Cleo balconette puckering", as long as I swoop and scoop thoroughly, and pull the wires up firmly.
The only niggles are: some very slight "puffiness" on the top of the left cup (my smaller boob - this happens with every unmoulded bra); slight "bagginess/puckering" in the bottom of both cups next to the wires (pulling the wires up helps alleviate this); strange diagonal puckers that run parallel to the lace seams on both cups, slanting towards the straps (I have no idea what this is - I haven't noticed this with my other Harmonies, in 28DD or 28E).
Everything else is great - straps are comfortable and secure; gore is flat; band is level; wires don't poke; wings are nice and high.
