FINALLY, A STRAPLESS BRA NOT MANUFACTURED BY SATAN HIMSELF ! I just wore it for two minutes to try on, but it actually fit. You have to understand, though, that the next closest fitting strapless I have is a 36C. I usually wear that with a bandeau overtop and just have to hike it up every five minutes throughout the day https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />
This is probably the bra that fits me the best at the moment (30 weeks pregnant). It fits quite comfortably on the loosest hook, but I can also wear it on the middle one without pain. This should give me some grace for water weight loss when the baby is born. What I love the most is that it has a nice cut out at the bottom of the center gore so it is not cutting into my pregnant belly. The lace will also be quite forgiving should I go up yet another cup size (already up 4!!), though at this particular cup size, ...I don't think it could handle any loss of tissue and still fit well. Some cons are that the straps are really wide on my narrow-shouldered body. If I try to hug myself, it cuts into the fronts of my armpits. I can remedy this with a "hide-a-strap" if I wanted to. Also, it's a little high under the armpits, but not that it digs in. It peaks through some tank tops though. I wish the center gore wasn't so high as well. It digs in a bit when I slouch, but that's just encouraging to sit up straight. The biggest complaint about this bra is just that it doesn't easily hide under v-necks (high center gore) or tank tops (wide straps and high underarm wings). As I come near my due date, I'll probably convert this into a nursing bra. I really like the side support and the structure created by the 3 part cups, which is something you don't find in nursing bras in this size! Read more 174 more words
I had some alterations made to my Andorras, so since I'm lying here recovering from some flu bug, I thought I would write about it! It's made a world of difference to me in how this style fits on my torso, and is so much more comfortable. Now, I have a very wide gap between my breasts, what I like to call the "Gulf of Mexico", and so this style actually pulls me together and keeps the "girls" exactly where they should be in the pockets. I had to go up two cups sizes from my normal balconette style size of 30GG in Panache to ...accomodate this full cup. For some reason even though I have a long torso, the bottom lace band always flipped up on me as soon as I would move around, and would drive me crazy!! I finally took all seven of my Andorras to my seamstress and had her sew that lace band under, and voila! It's like a new bra. I'm so thrilled! It wasn't too cheap to have them done, I could have bought two more bras on eBay for what I paid, but oh well, it's like a new bra wardrobe, and I'm couldn't be happier. She sewed them all by hand with a strong nylon thread, and you can't even tell at all. Genius! I am lusting after the new Caribbean Blue color, but I may wait until next year, as I may have to have reconstructive surgery again to correct some errors of shifting around, and will probably go up a cup size, so the 30J will be my new size, most likely, but who knows. I wish they went up to a K cup in this style, as I think it would be very supportive for the J-K cup range, as well. Read more 207 more words
This bra did not work for me at all, I did just barely fill the cups but it gave my breasts a strange conical shape. The band was very stretchy, even on the tightest hooks.
Very pretty bra and well made. I think that it should be great for summer as it's very lightweight and embroidery and seams are almost flat (so if it's not clinging jersey then Loretta wouldn't show through).
It's only drawback is that it's incompatible with my breast shape. I have wide root/shallow shape and this bra is just too deep for me. I can avoid major quadraboob only with straps on max (and this is not something I normally do) and in the same time I have wrinkles near the apex. And I don't think that sizing up or down is a good idea, because the volume and cup width are just right. What I need is slightly different shape. So I think that this bra would be good for those who neither wide, nor narrow and neither shallow nor deep. The think one should consider is that wires are very short under the arms. The band is on the bigger side of 32 and quite stretchy, but somehow it doesn't ride up on my 30" ribcage.
I like the fabric of this bra, it's soft on the outside. However, it comes up pretty high under the arms and sometimes pokes me, which is uncomfortable.
I know the band is too big for me, but I can still wear this when I need a nude bra. The bra doesn't add any lift, but it supports well - it's full coverage, doesn't do anything for my cleavage. The cups go pretty high on my breasts, and sometimes you can see the top of the bra in low-cut shirts. I've had this bra for about 6 months and it's still going strong.
I got this bra about a week ago online because I don't have any stores near me that sell my correct size. This is my first correct fit bra so I'm not entirely sure how tight the band is supposed to be or anything. When I first got it, the band was very tight but I could still fit two fingers underneath so I guessed that it was probably how a correct band size was supposed to feel. It stretched a bit now and is much more comfortable and still very supportive so that's good. The cup size fits almost perfect. The top looks great, there is a ...slight gap at the bottom of the cup but it might just be because I have very wide boobs and it definitely does not affect the look or feel of the bra. The side underwire doesn't dig into my underarms, but the side of the cup does where it goes into the straps a little bit (if that makes any sense). Straps are fine and adjust well and surprisingly stay in place without digging in, I guess that's what happens when the band does all the work. The center gore lies flat, but does dig in a bit because I have no real separation between my boobs. Red marks after 8 hours of work, but I try to move the underwire closer to the sides so it doesn't go up as high and that helps a little. It's not unbearable, just annoying mostly. Other than that this bra looks very pretty, is very supportive and is pretty comfy all things considered. I just hope the lace on this bra will last a long time because lace isn't known for durability. All in all, good purchase. Read more 186 more words
The lagoon color of this bra is gorgeous. It looks amazing under the black lace.
This is one of my current favorite bras, despite the fact that I have to wear it with an extender. I would not trade it for a 36G, which would have only two hooks and not offer nearly as much support and stability.
I absolutely hate the fact that Panache has chosen to make this bra only two hooks in a G cup. I decided to order the 36G because I needed the 34GG with an extender, and trusting that it would fit the same, I ordered a previous colorway from an seller that didn't allow returns. I was really annoyed to find that it was a completely different bra.
As expected, the band has really stretched because it doesn't have extra fabric reinforcing it, and I'm already on the second hook.
I don't think the plum is as stunning as the lagoon, either.
This was a disaster. Major quadboob on top, orange in a glass effect at the bottom, so much so that the wire sat about a cm below my breasts. Not a keeper.
The wires are quite wide, which was great at first as I have a substantial amount of migrated breast tissue I'm trying to convince to move home, but as it does migrate, they get simultaneously more and less comfortable. They rub less, but poke more.
Keep in mind that this is my first attempt at a well fitting bra, so my assessment of why something is happening is definitely suspect. I think I'll try something other than a panache next, as the wires are notorious for being quite wide.
This bra was a really poor fit for me. My breast tissue starts high up on my chest, and the rim of the cups cut in causing both empty space AND quadboobing. The bottom of the cup was no good for me either, since it swoops into a deep U shape and leaves empty space. The cups are pretty tall too.
It is very lightly molded and flexible, and I really wanted this bra to work, because if it were the right shape for me it would be super comfortable. The soft material is amazing and it has potential to be a great every day bra. If you have breasts with a narrower base and more projection this might work for you.
This bra did not fit me. The base of the cup is shallow, which normally would be fine with me, but for whatever reason my boobs forced the cup to fold in at the bottom and collapse. Very weird. Maybe it was just a too large cup for me.
The construction was nice other than that and I was really excited about the convertible straps. I think in the right size this would have been a good bra.
This bra looks great on, but lighter straps and lace make it impractical for daily use. Underwire pokes a bit, but less than many others. I consider this my party bra and don't wear it much.
Bought this one from another bratabase user. I'm pretty excited: it fits. I'm always pretty excited if something fits. Tried it on, took some pics and in the first instance I was a bit dissapointed: it doesn't stay put. At all. On the smallest hook, Then there's also the issue with it's odd cup. The bit where it goes up straight after the wire, and then the top 'seals' it off? The oddly wide wires? The 'quad boob' in the pic is simply from the bra slipping. It fits like a dream with straps on, and doesn't ride up. OK; ALMOST perfect. I have a tiny bit of cup ...wrinkling at the sides but I have to go out of my way to feel it. You can't see it.
Some puzzling later (and a full day of wear with straps) I figured out something: This bra has a band that is supposed to sit higher on your back than I'm used to, compared to the bottom. And suddenly the wires lose their odd angle a bit, and suddenly any quad boob/non bottom filling is gone. And we have cleavage. And, on the second hook it seems to stay put slightly better without the straps; I might test this at some point but I'm not convinced this really is a strapless that will work on my 25.5 in underbust. Maybe for short whiles.
But still, quite happy. It looks natural under clothes. It's comfy, and even if I can't go strapless; I still have the option of crossed-back, halter, etc. .
Now I hope it doesn't stretch out too much. Read more 159 more words
This bra has a very firm band, which I prefer. Since buying it I have had some tissue remigration and it is now slightly too small in the cups although still wearable. My underbust has also changed by about an inch (from 27" to 26") and this bra is still quite tight enough for me so true 28 bands may find it uncomfortable especially if they have little padding on the ribs. The wires are slightly too narrow for me but not by a huge amount. The lace is very forgiving so the wrinkling in the bottom from too narrow wires and slight quadboob are not noticeable under clothing.
This is a beautiful bra, but the wire shape on Panache bras just doesn't work for me. Like all the Panache bras I've tried, it pulls my breasts slightly to the sides and flattens them. It's not a terrible thing, and would be pretty useful for wearing button-down shirts. I just can't get past the uncomfortably wide wires.
