Because the cups on this bra run so shallow and I need wide wires anyway, I ordered up several cup sizes from my normal 36GG in Panache and Cleo bras (such as the 36GG - Cleo » Juna (6461) ). The cup volume worked very well for me and the underwires were very wide, but they also were quite tall. The outer edge of the underwire stabs into the back of my armpit/shoulder if I put my arms down, and if it slips under my arm pit then it will push the whole underwire down so that it no longer rests in my inframammary fold.
I like this bra a lot otherwise, so I've purchased different underwires from a sewing supply shop that are similar shape and width, but much shorter. Hopefully the alteration will go smoothly and I will be able to wear this bra without pain https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
