Pretty bra, but it just doesn't work for my shape. The straps are a little padded which makes them feel very nice but also makes them kind of hard to adjust. When I did adjust the straps so they were short enough for me, it caused the wings to dig right into my armpits. The straps are also set pretty far apart, so it doesn't sit well on my slightly narrow shoulders. It's gotten really hard for me to find a bra in my size without tall cups/wings. The search continues...
I just bought this bra to try because it was finally available for Prime with free returns on Amazon. I have zero confidence it's going to fit, but it's so pretty I just had to give it a shot. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you!
Good luck! It is really pretty, and it seems like it would be comfortable too with the right fit/shape.
I'm very short-waisted and have a similar problem. However, my size is smaller and wires are shorter in my range. I feel your pain. Sigh.
Panache Tangos work on a specific shape. That shape not being my shape. I was looking for a simple, unpadded plunge bra with little projection to wear under work blouses. My last Tango was 28GG and cut terribly into my cleavage, so I ordered up to a 28H.
The problems that affected me in the 28GG returned with a vengeance in the 28H. Starting with the gore, it is a bit wide for my close set boobs. It's like the bra does not want my boobs touching AT ALL (I like a little bit of touching, it's more comfortable). Would not be a problem if there was less fullness in the centre.
The only thing I like about this bra is that the band is firm. There's very little upwards shifting when I move about. Unfortunately, the shape it gives me is unforgivable and I'll need to sell this to someone who is a Tango fan.
The band on this fit just fine when I tried it upside down and turned around. However, when I tried to fit my boobs into the cup, the band suddenly felt suffocatingly tight. The wire seemed like a good size and all but it was just too tight. I also got sooooo much spillage from the sides. The gore didn't flat and was on some breast tissue. The bra was just just way too small in the cup for some reason. Maybe it runs smalls? I liked the pretty hot pink lace for the upper portion of the bra. I wish the bra had fit because the wire length and relative shape seemed comfortable, but it was just way too small. The straps also slipped off my shoulders and despite band feeling so tight it still would ride up when I moved around. No luck with this one.
This bra's too big in the cup for me, which I expected. There's no wrinkling in the top but the underwires are way too far down and dig in to my ribs. I wore it for a couple hours and gave up. The color is really gorgeous though. It has 3 rows of hooks and my 28G has 2, which was interesting. The gore felt higher too. I'll release this one into the wild.
There is a little extra space at the bottom of the cups on me, but that empty space lies flat against my skin, so I'm not really bothered by it. But it probably means the wires come down a little lower than they ought to on me. I really wouldn't mind keeping this one, even with that, except that after a few hours it starts to hurt at my sternum. This is not an issue in the construction of the bra but rather an issue with slightly asymmetric ribs at my sternum.
This bra is wonderful. Pretty much a perfect fit for me. It comes up a little higher giving more coverage than most. My only complaint has less to do with the bra and more to do with the construction/asymmetry of my sternum. After trying this for a day, it hurt on the right side of my sternum that protrudes slightly. If it weren't for this, this really would be perfect for me!
The first thing I noticed about this bra is the material. It is very stiff and scratchy, however the lace on top is very soft and stretchy. It would be great for someone that is full on top who needs that forgiveness or someone that needs to accommodate two different size breasts. The straps are fully adjustable and felt lined against your skin for added comfort. They are not stretchy and will support the weight of heavy breasts nicely. The band is stiff and again, the material scratchy. It gives me a nice uplifted shape. This is not a bra I can wear all day because the material is too stiff and scratchy.
UPDATE on June 22, 2013: I have lost over 30 pounds since I first got this bra and it no longer fits me. The underwires are sitting too low on my ribcage, even when I readjust them, they'll be back to the same spot 2" below the root of my bust within a few minutes. There is lots of empty space at the top of the cups when I place the underwires where they should be and I'm not getting any support from this bra. It was nice while it lasted, but now I need to go down a cup size or two.
The Melody ...bra is a reasonably good fit for me.and should be good for daily wear. It fits quite comofrtably despite the fact that the underwires seem to go past my armpits and reach almost all the way around to my back. The pictures I have taken show some wrinkling at the top of the cup, but it is very mild and not present when I am standing/sitting straight up. The wrinkling does not seem to detract from the shirts that I've worn over it, either. The band seems to be moderately tight on the loosest hook, but not as snug as I would like since my rib measurement is closer to a 24/26. The shoulder straps are not obtrusive and stay on my shoulders with out my having to adjust them.
The material is smooth and silky, which I like a lot. I have sensitive skin and I cannot stand to wear bras made out of even slightly scratchy material for an entire day. I am quite fond of the design of the mesh on the top of the cups and think it matches the teal color perfectly.
I was recommended this bra because it is supposedly modeled after the Panache Harmony, which is sadly being discontinued. The Harmony is my favorite go-to bra because it is very comfortable and it suits the shape of my boobs very well. So when I ordered the Melody online, I was hoping that I'd get something very similar. While this bra also fits me pretty well, there are some distinct differences from the Harmony.
Like the Harmony, it gives me a nice, rounded shape. Beyond that and the comfort level, though, is where the similarities end. I felt somewhat disappointed that the cups come up significantly higher than those of the Harmony and because of that, it will not work with a lot of tops I own since I prefer V- and scoop-necks to flatter my body shape. Winter is approaching, so I suspect that this will get more use with my warmer clothes. I've also noticed that the underwires seem to come up a bit higher than the Harmony, especially at the center gore. The center gore is probably the biggest problem I've had with this bra as they tend to poke me in the sternum. I have managed to fix this problem by gently bending the last couple inches of the underwire forward and I hope that the poking will calm with more wash and wear. I do think that the manufacturer could have put more cloth around the end of the underwire for more comfort
This might not be my beloved Harmony bra, but it isn't a bad bra by any means. It will be good for day-to-day wear and the prettiness won't bore me to death. I am still searching for the perfect bra to replace the Harmony when it no longer becomes available.
Hopefully I will remember to update this review once I've owned this bra for a few more months. Read more 516 more words
This is a pretty sexy garment. It runs small in the band and big in the cups compared to its bra counterpart, which I have in a 28J. The 28J fits me just about right in the cups, and the 28H doesn't look like a full two cup sizes smaller than that; I get just a little quad-boobing.
The thong body also only has two hooks on the closure, an open back, and clasps at the crotchal region.
It's very short in the body, made for someone with a shorter torso or less of a belly to cover than I have. I can barely clasp it. But once I do clasp it, it stays shut.
Not something I'm going to be wearing out of the house often, but it's pretty nice to have in the wardrobe to put on and feel seductive once in a while.

I've been super excited to try Tango in this color. Since most of my newest bras have been from Panache's Cleo line and I've sized down to 28's I thought maybe this youthful looking bra would have a similar stretch and ordered a 28H. Just a few weeks ago I was able to try the Nude version in both 30G/30GG in a store and although the GG had a bit of wrinkling I wasn't sure about the comfort level in the G. So here's the "sister size" ...down from the 30GG. The band is actually very tight and could absolutely not be fastened without aid of an extender. There is definitely wrinkling on my smaller side and the wires are too far back even for my liking although I'm usually OK with them a bit farther back in my underarm than other women may be. When reading reviews of this bra the material seemed to be an issue for some but for me it is quite alright. It feels kind of similar to Cleo's Alexa (http://www.bratabase.com/browse/cleo/alexa-6631/) as it's quite rigid and almost a woven material but still relatively soft enough on my skin. The major drawbacks for this bra were actually the wires and the shape. As soon as I put the bra on the center gore wires were pushing so hard onto my chest which felt like someone digging their three middle fingers in hard. At least in this size where the cups are too big the shape is so pointy I think I'm going to put my own eyes out! Hopefully I can find a 30G or I'll have to wait until another Orange colored bra comes out. *sigh*

I misjudged my size in this one. While I'm usually a 28H/30GG, I had to go up a cup size in the Confetti and would probably be better off in a 28J. I refuse to give up on this bra, though, because it's just beautiful, so I'll write a proper review as soon as I get one which fits me properly https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Adding this one on for comparison with my 28J. It never quite fit me properly. Even when I was wearing a 28H, I had a bit of quadding with this bra, so I suspect the cups do run a bit small. The sides are significantly shorter in this size than the J cup, as are the straps. In fact, the straps are a dramatic difference between the H and the J. As I mentioned on my review of the 28J, in that size, I find it hard to adjust the straps short enough due to the seam in the middle. In the 28H, I have the straps as ...loose as they can go and they still feel tight. Part of it might be that I've stuffed too-big breasts into the cups, but I found the straps tight even when I was wearing a 28H normally, so I don't think it's just that. I really think the scaling between sizes might just be weird with this bra.
I do like the look of the black better than the pink, but then, I'm really not fond of pink. Because of the black mesh lining, this one is less sheer than the pink. I can't see nipples through it. The lace front/mesh back thing annoys me, but since that design choice is so common in bras, I suspect I may be the only one who has that pet peeve. I'd just prefer it if they went with either lace all the way around or no lace at all.
Aside from the too-small cups and short straps, it's actually a very good fit. The band feels nice and firm and the sides are a good height for me. Maybe I need to try a 28HH. For science. Read more 183 more words
Stunning looking and excellent quality, a little too loose for me in the band but I measure 26. I find the gore too high and the cups too shallow for my close set, projected breasts
A standard sports bra. Optional racerback style was a boon for my narrow shoulders, but even when I got this bra it was a little on the small side. at the time of adding it, it's smothering. I do recall it leaving me with a bit of pain and discomfort after wearing, but it was somewhat preferable to working out in a regular bra.
This bra is a pretty color combination of navy and gold. It is a lightweight mesh which is great for summer. The bra encapsulates my breast tissue, but stabs into my sternum painfully and is hard to wear on my close set breasts. It also does not hold my breasts front, center, and up, but rather in a east-west upside down seven.
This bra is BRAND NEW. I bought it from Nordstrom I don't remember how long ago, but it has never been washed and I've only tried it on a couple of times. (Before I pass it on, I will be washing it very gently with unscented Soak.) This bra was part of a brief period where I thought I might be a 28 because I kept measuring a 28... But boy is it ever too tight for me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The cups are also too big, as they were part of my phase of thinking I needed a ~32GG in Panache because Panache's cups are too wide and shallow for my shape, which meant I was frequently getting quadding on 32G even though that was more my size. (I'm now a 32FF/30G.)
This bra has a lot of projection in the center of it, but the bottom of the cups run shallow. As such, I had a lot of wrinkling around the edges! As all Panache bras, the wires are very wide. Also, the shape of this bra is such that it makes things a little downturned and pointy. Also this bra squeaks!
I just bought this bra to try because it was finally available for Prime with free returns on Amazon. I have zero confidence it's going to fit, but it's so pretty I just had to give it a shot. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you!
