This is one of my go-to bras!! It's such a great fit. One of my two staple bras I have plans to buy in every colour! I have to size down in the band as I prefer a firmer band. I am on my third set of hooks for that stern support envy gives. I have owned it since January of 2021.
So far the Jasmine is the best fit, and quality, bra I've found. As soon as I tried on the Jasmine I immediately loved it, mostly because it was the first bra I purchased after I was correctly sized, so it was the first bra that was really supportive. One awesome thing about the Jasmine is the stretch lace top - it doesn't cut into the top of my breasts (yay). The underwire is long enough for me, which I've never found in any bra. Plus, the uplift is amazing. It does cause a bit of a "torpedo" look, but it's not too ...bad on me and I'm willing to put up with it. I wasn't crazy about the horizontal seam, but I've learned to deal with it over time. I've decided it looks like my breasts are "winking" at people. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
The Jasmine is highly structured...meaning it's not the most comfortable, and I don't think it's designed to be. This is not a bra I'd wear lounging around the house. As I said, the uplift is amazing, and you don't get that amount of uplift in a 36JJ without being seriously structured. I wouldn't say it's a "special occasion" bra, but I'd save it for my fitted v-necks and wear something with a bit more give if I'm sporting a baggy sweatshirt.
Over time I did notice some fit issues. The biggest problem is the gore. It really pushes into me, sometimes to the point of breaking the skin. After a long day it becomes significantly painful. I've started folding kleenex and putting it under the top of the gore, which helps a bit, but it's still an issue. I also think the gore might be a little too wide. The underwire at the gore, on the right side only, folds a bit and sits on my breast tissue, not on my chest. It's weird. There are also a few wrinkles in the bottom of the cup, but they're not really noticeable. I'm relatively new to bra sizing and breast shapes, but I think the cup depth might be a little off for me.
Other than that I'm very happy with this bra. I'm so glad I found it! Read more 285 more words
If I were not having great success with Polish brands I might have settled for this bra as it technically fits.
I fit comfortably in 40J - Panache ยป Andorra Full Cup Bra (5675) a few days ago, so I can definitely say to size way down in this bra. Both band and cup are ridiculously big. This 36JJ is two bands and one cup size smaller and still has taller wings and gore than the Andorra. I almost feel that I could size down again in the cup to see if it would fit better as the all over stretch fabric is very accommodating. It might help gore and wing height as well as strap separation, which feels a little painful angled in as it is.
The fabric is nice and soft. Would be a perfect bra for someone who sizes down and has taller roots than I do, especially if they like stretch cups.
This bra fits me well and gives me a nice rounded shape under my tops. I found it comfortable from the very first time I wore it. It is a good bra for wearing under T shirts as the lace doesn't show through very much.
So far my best fit! Top of cups are the tiniest bit loose, but I think if I went down to a J cup there would be quad-boob. Not nearly as jiggly as my Marcie, which is great.
Cons: I found the wires too wide, they reach the middle of my armpit and halfway to my back. The wings too tall for my shot torso, reaching the hairline of my armpit. The nylon mesh like material feels like its rubbing me raw by the end of the days wear. I keep pulling it down to avoid aforementioned problems but then the bra wont stay in the breast fold.
Pros: I was the only bra that fit my bust where I wasn't spilling out and only the tiniest gaping at the top of the cup.
The stretchy lace on top is fabulous! My best fitting bra so far. I'm wearing with an extender as it breaks in so to speak. It's gorgeous with a nice shape!
I think these bras are probably on the mark for cup size, a little on the small side for back size, and are generally quite high at the sides of the cup. The shape is ok for me - quite round and not separating or wide set. But this size was too big all over for me. I currently have quite a few Tangos in 36J as it's one of only a few styles that works for me. It's slightly big in the back but I find the 34JJ is not only a little small but also comes way too high under the arms. However, the cup of the 36J flattens me a little on top, so I thought I'd go up a cup. No good. Heaps of empty space in the top and sides, too big in the back, and I still don't fill the bottom of the cup. Back to the drawing board.
Love this bra so much i have brought it twice! The stretchly lace means this bra fits my between sizes boobs. The centre gore actually touches my sternum which as i have very close set boobs is a rarity. Wish it came in more colours! A great alternative to the andorra if your are currently out of its size range as it has the same sort of fit.
This is my go-to everyday comfort bra. The band does fit a bit tightly but i like that about it - it makes me feel secure and will last longer! Am going to try this in a k cup soon as i am now between cup sizes.
Me too :(
