Obviously, the band is too large for my 32.5 inches underbust and I can easily fasten it to the tightest hook, but the cups are perfect and the centre gore lies flat (not flush but flat) against my sternum, with the band fastened to the middle hook. The wires sit on top of one another, which takes up less place between my close set boobs. They do come up a bit higher than I'd like and can poke me at times. Still, this should be a pretty good fit once I alter the band. I really liked the print when I first saw the bra, but wasn't crazy about ...the large lace part. Since then, I've seen people raving about the stretch lace and how accomodating it was. Now that I've tried it, I see their point, but apparence-wise I would still like a bra made completely out of the print fabric or at least with a smaller lace section. The lace is good at preventing quadboobs, but doesn't shape the breast tissue, so if you're ful on top, this really shows! I personnally prefer a little more support there. The bra gives me more projection than I prefer and makes my boobs look taller than they are. It gives a very upfront shape, which I like though. The wires are shorter on the sides than on old Panache styles, but the centre gore is still pretty high. Even though the band is too big, the wires don't slide down over the course of the day, but stay firmly at the crease under my breasts. I had to force the staps to adjust them short enough for me as the adjustable part is very small. As usual with Panache, the quality is good.
Edited to add that the band tends to ride up even after being altered for some reason. Read more 197 more words
I needed this bra in this colorway after I tried it in a variety of sizes. As I gained a cup size or two this year I got it in a size that might fit that was still available in this colorway, a sister size down and two cup sizes up from my previous best fit. The band is too tight but the cups are great. With an extender the straps are too wide set. I'm wondering if there's something I can do to fix the straps. Because this bra matches my skin tone (peachy pink) and is a nice full coverage bra for me, basically invisible under white shirts.
I love this bra so much I have two in the same size and color way. However I could use a larger cup, not sure how much bigger. I like it on the tightest setting from the start, but a firmer band would take the pressure of my shoulders. The band alone on the 34K worked upsidown and backwards. When not sized out of the unaltered jasmine it's really comfy and relatively pretty, I just wish wires weren't as high as it tends to show, especially when it fits. One of the two same bras I own in this size has a larger band but cups are same and it puts all the pressure on my shoulders, the other one puts less. I figure this has a lot to do with needing a bigger cup, and smaller band. This bra used to fit perfectly in the 34K, when it fits its comfy. I've owned 5 jasmines I believe so far. I hope they extend their sizes.
This is the better fitting of the two same exact bras, smaller band by an inch and only a hair bigger in the cup, still not perfect, but I wear it out anyway.
This bra is like dress up for me it is so big! I actually really like this chocolate! I think the wires are really rather long and even if the cups weren't too large I still don't think this bra would be for me do to the length of these wires! They also wrapped around farther on my body than any others.
Im also coming to terms with the fact that any bras that have this lace upper part are not for me.
Cups also appear rather shallow when I am holding them up.
Also it is a band less band, which I'm not a huge fan of even though I thought they were supposed to be good with high tummies.
Overall wouldn't buy another one of these in the right size even.
I love this bra, I just wish that it came in a KK. It is very comfortable and I wear this bra everyday. It took about 2 1/2 months to stretch to the point that I had to move it into the middle set of hooks.
it is the balconette #3251. the plunge only goes up to and H cup and if you are a full busted person you would need to go up in the cup for the plunge.
Such a beautiful bra!!! Oh I wished this would have worked for me! 36K is 2 cups and 2 band sizes bigger than I usually wear. Many reviews recommend to size up 1-2 cup sizes in Sienna. I found the cups to be slightly too big, there was some wrinkling on top. The band felt very stretchy. I got it on clearance so I thought that in case the bra fits, I'd just alter the band down. The biggest issue though was the whole construction. The cups were much too tall, I could not fill top and bottom and the insanely tall wires were stabbing me badly under the arms. Also the wires did not tack on bottom, I'm not sure why but I assume the bra was too shallow on bottom and the band was just too big.
Omg. A must have. I thought I was isolated to my "kinda fitting" daily boost, but this is amazing! I have very heavy, not so perky, close set, huge, deflated from 3 babies breasts and I long for a perky, round, front and center look. This meets that need AND it tacks. Loooovvee.
I really liked this fabric--soft. The color is beautiful on you! Will you alter this gore as you have others?
