This gorgeous, lace covered bra comes in several off beat, romantic colors and is offered in a decently wide range of sizes. When I purchased, I was wearing a 36H but sized up to a 38H as the band was a tad too tight and cups too shallow. It was a perfect fit for me at that time, I’ve since gained weight and need a larger cup size. This bra REALLY supports! It pulls in from the sides and uplifts to a point I never knew my girls could go. A balconette style, it never the less provided plenty of coverage, gave nice cleavage with the center fitting as ...it should, flat on the sternum. When walking, I did feel that the tops of my breasts jiggled a bit which was too obvious under tight clothing or tee shirts. But then I have a large cup size and this is not a full coverage bra. Very comfortable to wear for all day/extended periods. It made me feel beautiful and well supported. I would recommend trying this Clara bra, sizing up as needed. The band is particularly tight on the Clara so you may want to go up a band but keep your cup size. Conclusion: a beautiful bra that offers firm support and uplift. The sizing may need to be played with for your best fit.
Band runs small and mesh fabric is a little scratchy. Straps don’t adjust much. Underwire was to long and to wide. Gore was to high. Wasn’t able to fill the top of the cups. Wrinkling at the bottom of the cups near the gore. Gave my boobs a pointy shape.
Beautiful bra, great support, but the wires are uncomfortable in the arm pit area. Not sure if they are too high or too narrow, but they are uncomfortable as soon as I put it on, and painful after a few hours of wear.
This one fit pretty close to perfect, but had slight quad-boob on my larger breast. Also, the band fit but tighter than some other brands in 38. I also did NOT like the shape this gave me.
Well, this bra doesn't fit me, but I wanted to put the measurements in while I have it, to help fill out this size bracket. The lace is more structured than stretch lace, so it helps keep things where they should be. It's tough to find unlined bras that have structure in this size range. The color is really pretty. It's definitely a sapphire blue. "Blue Jewel" is a funny name for it, but ok, I guess it works. The band isn't double bagged. It only has 2 hooks, which feels so incredibly odd for this size. I'm a big fan of 3 hooks at this size. If Panache made this bra in a 40J, I'd try that, but they don't, so I miss out on this one. Maybe if my size changes in the future, it would be a good bra to remember.
Cute. Feels like good fabric and construction. All the extra frills and lace on the edge are irritating to me. Not the right fit for me so definitely not comfortable.
Cute, good construction, straps are heavy duty but still nice looking. Pretty close fit for me but the underwires are too low and dig in plus they poke me in the armpits. Nice fabric and the stretch lace has a good amount of stretch.
I was so excited to try a bralette style with 38H - Panache » Andorra Non Wired Bra (5671). It is a light lace bra. Although a bit scratchy, it's comfortable enough, for Panache. However, without the support of wires, my soft tissue just squashed together making it less comfortable than a well-fitting wired bra. It was a bit sweaty and saggy. A larger size might make for less squashing, but I don't think the bralette style will give me the support I find most comfortable.
Have you tried the Parfait Mia Lace bralette? I got it in 38FF today and waiting on other sizes. Holy cow! I was Super impressed with how it lifted and shaped my breasts! And no wires!?!? Projection was like nothing I'd ever seen in a bralette before! Band did feel tight over time. But, I have been wearing 40s and 42s for comfort or very loose sports bras, so I am not used to snug at all.
branalysis Thanks for the recommendation! Although Parfait lists the Mia as available in 38H, I can't find it for sale anywhere in that size, but I'll keep an eye out. Maybe I'll try Parfait By Affinitas Adriana Lace Bralette (5482) or or @Parfait Dalis bralette. I definitely need more projection out of a bralette than I've found so far.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm returning the 38G I got after receiving the the 40FF. Because it is longline, the larger band is much more comfortable for me without compromising on the support. Not sure if you could find in a 40 or would want to. I might look into the ones you mentioned! Thanks!
This cut is quite closed on top. It has a lot of immediate projection, which is great, but it cuts into the top creating quadboob. The wires are typically Panache stiff, but are extra high, both at the gore and wing.
This one just doesn't work for me. I think it's a combination of the wrong size bra and cups that don't match my shape. The bra itself is pretty and I'm sure would look great on someone else!
Not nursing! My daughter insists on proving to me that bras aren't painfull and ugly. She knows I have extremely sensitive skin and only cotton that breaths is comfy. Not one was a skeptical about a nursing bra, but the size sounded so big! I knew my 38-40 D-DD were ill fitting but I had no idea how far off I was. I measured a 36 but I don't like it to be tight, regardless of fit. I need comfort & don't care much about appearance. She told me I'm "Anti-cakes on a plate" ... Anyway this is sooooooo comfy!!! It's so soft and it's the most conformable bra I've ever tried on/worn. Maybe having a comfy bra that actually fits is a realistic goal!
I got this bra used, so I can't speak to the breaking in process, but I find it comfortable and not stiff like I've been told it could be. The lace comes up too high for my taste, but it is fine under t-shirts. I really like the lift and support the Jasmine gives, and side support is nice. My main issue is that the bra gives me a torpedo shape. However, I wear shapewear daily and the Jasmine is excellent under that. Most unpadded bras under shapewear leave me feeling flat and smooshed down, but I get a pleasant shape and projection with this.
got this for my mother to try & for ones in her life, the cups were too big! its made for someone full on top w/the stretch lace & my mother doesnt have that type of shape/tissue.
The bra calculator put me at 38 GG/H. When I tried those sizes on at the store it seemed like the 38H fit me better. Since I have owned this bra it has caused severe pain under the bust line. The wire shifts down and ends up laying about an inch below my base, giving me the orange in glass effect. It digs into my ribs, and makes them sore. I get a little loose lace at the top. The band size itself feels correct. I am FoB and feel I need more projection, and more narrow wires. This was my first bra attempt after finding out what my real size is. I've always worn bras that were too small and the wrong shape. I have migrated tissue and omega shape going on. This bra just didn't work with my shape.
As I previously stated, this bra is actually QUITE comfortable. The ONLY reason I am selling it is because I prefer a more frontward facing bra. However, a woman looking for a smooth look and a comfortable fit would be lucky to have this bra. I think its one of the better bras for larger breasts like myself honestly.
