This review is for the Panache Wired Sport in 342F UK, color Fiery Red. My ABTF size is 32G or 34 FF UK. I chose this based on my experience with the Panache Sport, needing a 34F in the non-wired since it runs tight in the band and large in the cup.
Band:
* Runs tight. I could probably use this 34 without an extender, but it might be more comfortable with one. Has 3 hooks by 3 columns.
Wires:
* Firm, like all Panache wires. Sits well below my IMF as I'll explain below.
Cups:
* A little tall for my short roots, but overall great.
Straps:
* The straps are adjustable.
Fabric:
* Great for ... sports.
Hardware:
* The hardware is matching red, including the J-hook.
About me: very close set (breasts touch), very narrow roots, very projected at the wire, full on bottom, short roots, soft tissue, significant rib flares, narrow shoulders.
FIT
* The band length was a little snug. I'm a 32 or 34 due to rib flares and this bra runs tight, so a 34 is pushing it for me but not bad.
* The wires are NOT ok for me. They really sit on my rib flares as you can see in the pictures.
* The gore doesn't really tack since it's a mixed compression and encapsulation bra. But it does help a little with separation. At least it's not a uniboob.
* The cups gave a great shape. Unfortunately I need more projection at the wire (the non-wired version works for me because my breasts can "crush" the bottom and cause a comfortable enough fold-over which looks fine even if they don't sit as high as in the wired version.
* The straps are long enough. I wish the J-hook was a bit lower since I'm short. It sits super high on me and pulls straps towards my neck.
* The sides are a comfortable height for me.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
* This is a really great sports bra but due to the pain on my ribs I'll stick with the non-wired version.
