This bra runs small. I ordered a 30F (UK) 30G (US). The fit was ok, except for the top of the cups were gaping a little. It seems maybe 1 size smaller would fit better. Because my torso is very short.

The top cuts in too much - I probably should have sized up...I'm also pms swollen atm though, so that may change a bit. I run even, so the cup may cut in at the top because of that too.Shallow-ish? definitely pushes up.
Not a t-shirt bra - the fabric is very silky, but the seams (? Folds?) at the top of the cup can be seen. It doesn't bother me, and the folds lay flat.

Band is snug at a 30, cups run at least one size small, since I'm usually a 30e.
