My namesake bra is one of the most comfortable bras I have tried on. It feels as if I have put on one of my Panache sports bras, which are my favorites in terms of comfort and "holding" power. The padded cups have the same feel and thickness, but they are sexier and prettier than a sports bra, as they should.
The straps are large compared to other bras I have, and combined with the large band (which closes with 4 hooks!) and the sturdiness of the construction, it makes for a very "secure" bra. I can totally see myself wearing that bra everyday. But as I have tried ...it on for only a few minutes, I don't know about the quality in the long-term. As it is I can vouch for its excellent construction and comfort. But can you expect less from a bra designed in France ? (what, am I not allowed a little bit of patriotic love? lol)
I bought this bra in the bronze color, which looks a little bit darker than on the brand pictures, but it's a lovely color. It could have had more satin on the center part of the bra because as it is there is only satin on the outer part of the cups and it is a little bit less glamorous than what I expected. I like that the straps are black, it is more discreet under clothing.
Unfortunately the band is so big I can close it to the last hooks and the center gore doesn't lay flat on my sternum. In addition to that, I have a small quadboob effect which means I need one cup larger. I am going to return this bra and order the same one in 28J.
I also have the high-waisted knickers in 2XL which are also a little bit big, but they are very cute and comfortable as well and I don't feel like I have put on my grandma"s panties. Read more 216 more words
Pros: It's DALIS. If you need supersoft, built for a TINY shoulder and frame, or cup SPACE!!! This is the ONE. She's got it all...
Cons: *sigh* Lace. I'm sure most of us like or want decoration, but this stuff is weirdly floppy and useless. After buying a few of thes in multiple colors, I'm starting to wish there was a version without the trimming. I also *fear* tears and wear where the lace is sewn together in the center where the gore would be, if this was a regular wired model. I don't know why this worries me, because a rip would mean all the crumbs, hair, and general crap that having kids entails/falls in and collects at the cleavage zone would simply continue it's journey down through shirts and away.
Why isn't this wireless shaped bra sold in 3, 4 or even 5 packs by now. God it's so good.
This bra is really pretty! I wore it a few times with a bra extender, but in the end decided the cups are just way too shallow for me. The cup size also runs a bit small. I also have a nice pair of panties in XL that go with this as a set.
This bra feels amazing, unfortunately the cup size is a bit small on my so I may try a bigger size. It gives me amazing cleavage and feels great otherwise. The black piping on the gore is not straight and that bothers me.
This is a surprisingly comfy bra considering it does not fit me at all. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Far too wide and shallow (and one sister size off; should've gone with the 32GG), there's still something so sturdy and and cushy about the construction that I really want this to work. It's also just so sexy, in a House of the Rising Sun sort of way...
But alas, I know better. And I the set of the straps means I can't reach forward to drive or type, the two things I spend most of my time doing. This is a no go.
I love this bra. My breasts are shallow, wide, and far apart, and this is one of the only bras I can get anything close to cleavage with. It's so comfortable that I can and have slept in it. I love the wide band and the wide straps, and I love that this bra has a lower gore than most of my other bras. My only complaint is that the details on the bra are totally visible through any clothing, but if I could get this bra without the pinstripes, I would buy absolutely nothing else.
It fits phenomenally until I lean over. Except for the gaping when I lean over? It's awesome. It feels good, it fits properly, and the straps are fantastic. It's difficult to find straps this wide!
I love that it has 4 hooks. A wide, comfy band, wide, comfy straps, and the wires don't come up too high in the center. It's awesome.
It's weird...I saw it in the package, and it looked ENORMOUS. I thought that there was no way it would come close to fitting. It was almost perfect, though.
Wide straps and band--I'm in love :-) Hope the 28J fits better!
