This is absolutely a gorgeous bra. The colourway of deep red with pink trim is scrumptious. I love it. Construction is first-rate. The band is generously wide, which I like, and the straps are sturdy with cute little pink bows at the attachments points, along with a bow at the top of the gore.
The gore *just* lifts off my sternum (~1.0cm) and the neckline of the cup (on my larger breast) has just maybe a 0.2cm gap right down by the gore. It's difficult to tell, really, since it's very lightly padded and the lace overlay doesn't lie right ...on the breast. It might be that the cup is a shade shallow, or I just need a little more inner fullness. It may be that all I need to do is do a little reshaping of the wires and it will fit perfectly. And maybe after I've worn it for a few weeks, it will better conform to my shape.
I would hesitate to go a cup smaller, because if I press the gore up against my sternum then the cup fits perfectly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this model to anyone with similar boobs. Besides, did I already say it's beautiful? *grin*
What would I tell a friend with similar boobs? If you don't buy this bra, we can no longer be friends because I will have lost *all* respect for you. *giggle*
Seriously, BUY THIS BRA. It is extremely comfortable and fits like a glove. The cups, though lightly padded, are elastic enough to fit both my unequally-sized boobs.
A generously wide band and sturdy straps work extremely well for me to make me feel firmly supported, with all that underarm fat nicely dealt with. This bra will definitely help with tissue migration. Great fit and a lovely shape. This bra will work brilliantly under a t-shirt or sweater.
Oh, and the purple with small, white polka dots just trips every one of my switches!
Gaped badly on the top of my breasts, didn't lay flat at all. Wrong shape for me I guess. The fabric is very soft, mostly modal. Seam in cup wasn't very noticeable under a shirt.
I love this bra. It's so pretty, with the pink and black colourway, with the lace on the unlined upper cup. I feel very well supported and very sexy at the same time. I still get the jiggle I love with the support from the padding in the bottom of the cup.
The band is quite tight but liveable. I can always use an extender if needed.
This bra seems to work very well with my shape, and gives me a terrific profile.
I was surprised by how this molded bra fit. I have heard stay away form molded cups as they tend to be shallow, but I have very soft tissue, so I had less gaping than I have had in other bras, but it was still there at the top, but not enough to really bother me. I did have some floating at the top of the gore. The real issue for me was that the band felt too tight and the underwire was digging in under my breast into my ribs. It was too uncomfortable for me. I think I would have liked to try this in a larger band size, but that's not available currently to me. I really liked how soft the cups were and it was a perfect nude cup, just didn't fit me.
I bought this because i wanted something with a little padding to wear under t-shirts. The cup was too small and the gore didn't tack. The worst problem was that even though the top line of the cups sat nicely on my breasts, the seam underneath rubbed away the skin in a spot about 1/4" long. Like, not just uncomfortable but actually blistered. It took a couple of weeks to heal. This bra went into the trash.
This review is for the floral shimmer colorway. It is narrow and projected and if it weren't for the bra tipping outward due to my close-set, center-full breast shape I would have probably kept it.
This bra fits snugly on me, not so badly as to be really uncomfortable (though sometimes the band is too snug after wearing it all day). What bothers me is that my breasts look like they are barely restrained by the bra. It's almost a great fit, but the lace puckers at the top and gives a bit of quad boob. Also, the lace shows through some shirts and doesn't have the smooth effect I'd hoped for. I'd give it a B+ since it is wearable and not so bad that I'd get rid of it, but I don't wear it everyday like I do my panache bras which fit great.
ETA: A couple months ago, I bought a 38gg to see if it would fit. The gg fits in the cup but not in the band, which is even tighter than my 38g. I would actually like the bra if I could find it in the right size. I might need to go with a 40G.
The band on this bra fits really tight and to actually wear it, I need an extender. I think part of the issue is that the cut of this bra is all wrong for me. It is wide in the cup but really shallow. I am full on bottom, but this gives me a quad-boob effect. I needed a bigger band and maybe a higher cup size. I bought this because I was measured in a boutique as 38g, but parfait bras are a little small for me. On bratabase, it measures me as a 38gg overall and a 38g in Panache, which is the brand that fits me best thus far. This one fits even smaller than my other parfait bras, which are pretty snug. When I measure the band, it does have good stretch, but I may have stretched it out a bit by using an extender. Overall, I hate this bra, but the bra itself is cute. I've only had the bra about 4 weeks.
This is a pretty bra, with nice details, a little sparkly and pink bow at the top of the gore and is a very lovely shade of pink, with raspberry detailing and straps. Typical of a convertible, the band is quite tight but nice and wide with 3 hooks. I feel extremely well supported in this bra, albeit with a little too much coverage on the upper slope of my breasts. I prefer a balconette to be closer to a demi- or half-cup. These days it seems if it has widely spaced straps, it's called a balconet. Oh well. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others with similar boobage.
This is a great bra I just ordered it in the wrong size. I havent worn it, just tried it on and put it back in the bag since it was too big around for me. I missed the return by date and the company wouldnt refund the money so I am trying to sell it. All brand new, never worn.
I lovelovelovelove this bra! When i ordered these, i was little bit affreid that cups would be too small. I was really surprised that they fit, because i've read everywhere that this brans has smaller cups than usually. I've found that my band size should be 36 most time, but this 38 feels tight enough and dont stretch too much. I love that cleavage and rounded shape what i get wearing these. I'm just totally in love with these bras.
I love this bra but unfortunately I can not fill the center-upper part resulting in having the line showing through my shirts. At times having to accommodate my breast several times during the day. I only use it once and I am not please with the results, I will upload a listing for this bra if anyone is interested in it.
Very open centre - massive plumber boobs. Works, looks ok, cup depth just not there for me. I have had the band altered - shortened. Super soft material. Well not buy another.
Oh that is a lovely bra! I love the lace and the bright purple :D
