It’s a beautiful bra but it really shows through t-shirts. I personally don’t really care about this but I know it’s important for a lot of people. It’s not the best fit for me but after some alterations it’s good enough to wear. The gore was too tall and wide for me and I’ve made it narrower and trimmed down the underwires in the middle so they can’t tack on breast tissue anymore. I need more immediate projection myself but I would rate it as having average immediate projection. The wires are a bit wide for me but I would also rate those as average width. The cups are quite short which is good for my short roots. The straps are set a bit far apart for me so I have to tie them in the back to avoid the straps falling off my narrow sloping shoulders.
I really like that this is a moulded cup plunge underwired bikini top with a tie back closure. I thought this meant I could ignore the band size and aim for a good sister size in cup volume. On paper, it sounds perfect. In reality though, the bikini top did not work out.
I'm not sure if the cup shape on a 30FF or 28G would have been any different, but these cups are too wide for my frame. They appear to force my boobs east-west and flatten. Regarding cup volume, I would tend to go with usual volume or size up if you'd like a bit more coverage. I sized down and am suffering from major quadboob as a result.
It's worth mentioning that the tie strap is not very sturdy and can't do much to secure the moulded cups properly to my body. As a result, the bikini top contributes little to support.
Band is nice and snug for a 32F - would recommend to someone looking at 30FFs or so. The design is very cute - it used to have a bow in the center, but my cat gnawed on a it a bit so I had to cut it off, whoops. Shows me for leaving my clothing on my floor in reach of a bored kitty :/ Anyway, it has a nice rounded shape that's flattering under clothing and also has a comfortable mesh fabric.
This bra just doesn't fit my breats, the underwires are too wide and the cups are too small. really pretty, and i'm sure it would be comfortable if i had the right build.

This is for the 'Accent' version which far as I can tell is the exact same bra as regular Amour, but with a color variation (peach beige under black powernet & lace). This one is between sizes as each half is a different size. So maybe a 32F-32FF hybrid.
Quality. Immaculate stitching, the softest smooth duoplex lining ever, materials ...are all sleek yet durable/long lasting, this feels like a great workhorse bra. The outer layer or shell, is made from materials which all have a good amount of supportive stretch to them. The lining has the opposite of stretch, it's very stable and I can't get any mechanical ease from diagonal stress on the fabric. All the elastics the band is lined with, and the strap are pretty sturdy. I don't see them wearing out for a long time! The wires are springy, prone to stretching back too far if the band is too tight. They also squeak at the gore. Gore would be better overlapped as the dense materials feel bulky here despite being thin and tightly sewn. It's not the tallest center, and miraculously not stabby or twiddly.
The left cup and strap are half inch larger than those on the right. This isn't ideal as my left breast is higher set and my right prefers more space, Amour is pulled askew and intermittent fidgeting occurs.
Shape. Somewhere between Panache & Freya. Constricting around the root, but somehow way too wide. Wings real short, wire very low. My tall dense roots get no support on sides, just a bulky feeling that they are in the way of the cup. The inner panel of the cup is a little more than an inch narrower, than the outside, allowing breasts to maintain a forward facing direction rather than being pulled apart from each other, east-west. Hrm. The wires are stupidly large. In this size technically should match the #44 underwires that fit me. There is enough coverage from the short wires and wider shape, yet the cup itself lacks depth and kind of elongates to a conical, tall center than must either be pinched down, or it flips up flat. Stupid scaling aside, is this because of too-big wires, or the kind of flat patterning in the lines of most of the cup? Regardless, the depth is soon all used up on my wide/full, immediately deep, curved across apex shape. This makes the middle of the cup flatten out very hard over the center of my breasts, then pushes volume out into the sides.
There is not lovely lifted round busom effect, but something like a busted can of biscuits. Large nasty fat roll on outside, sad flappy skin wrinkles at the gore, inner breast actually bulges right over the top of the wires & becomes uniboob. I take it off, my breasts return to their normally round, high set, perky look. What the devil?
I can see those who have a wider base, and longer projection at apex having issues with getting enough room for inner fullness. The curviest part of this bra is by the gore. It seems like Amour is designed to shove any/all sideboob toward the gore, but this doesn't work when you have more density or fullness, it fights with the style and both causes the top to dig in, and the lower cup to be driven down the ribcage. The sides of Amour are especially stoic about tolerating a breast, they seem happier to see them steamrolled out of existence.
Verdict. The beauty of getting a half-and-half bra is being able to see how 2 sizes fit, for the price of one. I know that sizing up, or down would not make this style work out. But maybe Amour is ok for any of the following: Soft, deflated, shallow, somewhat full on bottom, short root, extra wide, (even more than me? WHO out here is rocking a breast base wider than mine?) It does breathe so it's nice for warm weather, but Amour isn't wicking and can feel muggy. I prefer it in the cold, where it does a decent job of masking persistent nips. Read more 652 more words
-Lovely soft material. -Padding is just the right amount - not massively thick. -Fit seems okay on the top of the cup when just swooped and scooped, but mere minutes later I have significant gapping at the top of the cup. -Even after adjusting the wires to sit under my IMF, the smaller right boob still has a lot of space in the bottom of the cup. There's also a tiny bit of extra space in the bottom of the cup for the left bigger boob. -Straps seem to sit a bit far apart for me, which is odd as I thought I had broad shoulders? However, they do sit ...nicely against the skin and don’t dig in at the top. -Top of the cups dig in and rub my armpit/tail of spence quite a bit. -Gore tacks well but seems to be very very slightly sitting on my left boob, as if the separation of the cups is a hair too much for me on the left side. -Band feels great- very secure but not tight, however it does seem to push my back fat down under the band so it sits above my waist. Not sure if this is just normal for where I carry fat or a bra fit issue. -Cup width seems fine and doesn’t appear to be digging in any tissue at the sides. Read more 118 more words
Tried this in 32F, 32FF, 34E originally. 32FF is way too close to my armpits and there’s slight crinkling at bottom of cup. 34E's cups are too big. 32F underwires (not band) slipped down throughout the day, did not stay in my IMF no matter how much I adjusted it. Kept the 32F any way because it was on sale and the design is pretty. ETA: Tried a 32E and it finally fit properly. However, this is a bra that will show through clothes because of the seam between the cup and lace and it simply doesn't look natural or rounded. This is not a molded bra but because it's not an all-lace bra, if you are not FOT, you might want to try your size in molded bras.
The bra looks really cute and the straps are very soft and comfortable. However it seems like in the centre my breasts don't fit in completely and it pokes a bit under my armpits. Other than that I think the bra is okay.
I think the band is quite snug, and the cups are a little smaller than usual. Which is probably why the cups fit me in this size, otherwise might have needed a smaller size. The underwires are wide enough for my wide roots. I often have a problem with not quite filling the top of the cup with my bottom heavy boobs. Even in this bra, there is very slight wrinkling in the top lace on the left cup (my left breast is the smaller one), but it's not disturbing.
I think it helps, that the lace on the top of the cups is not too "fluffy". It's sturdy ...enough, so that it doesn't wrinkle so easily. But the lace is still stretchy.
But I must admit this is not the most comfortable bra. Supportive yes, but not comfortable. I wonder if it's because the underwire is quite hard. I can't wear this bra all day. Not for longer than 8 hours at a time maximum. Actually today I've only worn this bra for around 5 hours, and I want to take it off already! But I don't think the band is too tight, it has more to do with the underwire being hard, and the straps are quite narrow.
Also, the straps are a bit wide for my narrow shoulders.
Pros:
- Underwires are wide enough for wide roots - The lace on top of the cups adjusts to different breast shapes (stretchy, but still sturdy > doesn't wrinkle easily) - Good support level - Gives boobs a nice shape and lift - Nice design and look - Quality is excellent; I have used this bra regularly for a while, and it's still snug and supportive
Cons:
- The straps could be wider (would be more comfortable) - The underwire is quite hard, so it can feel uncomfortable - Horizontal wrinkles on bottom of the cups (not enough immediate projection?) - Too wide straps
All in all, surprisingly good quality and very supportive bra, but not the most comfortable one. Read more 219 more words
I really like this bra. Normally Pour Moi in a 30F is too small for me. This one is too big. I think a 30FF would fit me in this one, but I don't think it's available in that size.
I really love the way this bra looks! The colors are gorgeous and the flower detail is very pretty. I wish the material was a little softer, and the tag is really itchy. I hope this is fixed with a few washes (and I might cut out the tag). Unfortunately it does show under most of my tank tops because the cups go all the way into my armpit but not in an uncomfortable way.
I love this bra, it's inexpensive, super lightweight and probably very comfy if can get the cup size right! It's also really pretty, aside from all those little frills (but they look like they can be got rid of rather easily https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />) I just have to decide whether to go for FF or G and hope the shape doesn't change too much.
I was very hopeful about this bra, since all the stock pics make the model look like she was a 32H. Well, it is possible, but now if you have a tall ribcage.
Pros: the gel padding feels very natural, the colours are beautiful. Cons: the wires dig into my lower ribs and make it very uncomfortable to wear this bra.
I usually wear a 30G but can fit into most 32Fs. One me, the band was too stretchy. I could hook it on the tightest hooks and still could pull it a good bit away from my back. The cups fit my boobs a bit weird. I can't tell if it was the layer of padding, or the size but I had a little gaping near the center gore. The gore itself was nice and tight against my body.
I find bras that push my boobs together to be the most flattering for me and this bra did exactly that. If it weren't for the strange gaping in the front, I'd keep it.
This bra definitely needs more upper fullness than I have. I fill out the bottom quite well, even possibly overfill, but there is a lot of extra fabric and wrinkling in the top. The band is very firm and the straps are wide.
The bra is very pretty and made in an unusual color combination. The underlayer is a true pink and the overlayer is a mint green lace. The band, straps and even the hardware are also mint green. There are tiny pink bows adorning the straps and the gore.
I really hoped this one would fit, but alas... I can't fill the upper part of the cup and the band is definitely too small. Oh well. Apart from that it is still a nice, good quality bra.
This bra is really very pretty. I have the black one with the purple lace detail and its just beautiful. There is even purple accent lace through the straps.
The bra is comfortable everywhere but the straps. The straps feel a bit itchy due to the stiff lace that comes over the edges. Pretty effect, but not fun to wear for extended periods of time.
The Opulence is a push up bra with gel inserts so I was quite surprised at how little lift it gave, I barely have cleavage at all wearing it. No more so than a regular bra, at least. But it WAS comfortable, even with the inserts that can sometimes make a bra feel awkward.
This is the best fitting bra I've ever owned! I don't know why, but the shape is perfect for me!
First, this bra runs very small. I have a 32F but it fits more like a 28FF. I'm not sure if the entire brand is this way but this model runs small.
I don't care for pink but the style is really nice. The cups are lightly lined, not molded. There is attractive lace, bow, and a lace type cover over the bra. The center gore runs pretty high. At first it was pretty uncomfortable but now it doesn't bother me at all. It gives me great shape and I can even wear it under t-shirts.
My only qualm with this bra is the band stretches pretty fast. I wish it came in a 30F.
Hahaha! Bad kitty!
