Barely worn Prima Donna Madison. It was my mom’s but she had to have surgery right after she purchased this so couldn’t wear this type of bra anymore. Amazing shape and lift. One of Prima Donna’s best sellers. Stretchy and comfortable yet strong and supportive.
Comfortable, beautiful bra. But for me this bra does not tackat the top, which is extremely annoying. My breast are also pushed more flat and splayed. For the insanely high price I expected a lot better fit. I don't know if perhaps it is my body shape- other bras can tack and I don't have this issue in Elomi, Freya etc. But Elomi bands are way too wide and most others like Freya are pushed down beneath my IMF and dig in a bit in the sides. I have l, at this point, given up on finding anything that fits me. So I'm just going to try and find some bras that I can bear to wear for most of the day sigh.
This bra is absolutely gorgeous! It fits somewhere between a balcony and a full plunge style- creating plenty of cleavage but offering a lot of support. It moves your breasts forward, creating a nice rounded shape.
Low gore, tacks well. Great side support, especially if you are more east-west. Good for bottom heavy breasts. Stretchy lace at top of cup prevents any gaping and lies flat under clothes. Work-appropriate, but with a hint of cleavage for a lower-cut shirt. High quality construction and craftsmanship.
Had to size up in the band to get the plunge, so had the band altered down to ~32 band. I suspect it was initially a 34G.
This was my first real bra in my size, then a 34G. It's absolutely gorgeous. I remember being AMAZED at how it centered my boobs, supported the sides, and I looked 15 pounds lighter instantly. But I've shrunk since then and now it's way too big. I did have it altered, taken in one band size, presumably. But now it rubs funny, I feel like the wires are sitting in the wrong spots, the center gore doesn't tack, and the truth is it's still not small enough in the band.
I really like this bra. It's pretty, it's comfortable, the cups are perfect for my breasts ... I would recommend this bra definitely. So glad I picked this bra up!
The band is amazing. For once, I am able to have a "regular" band that is thin with only two hooks instead of four and it still holds up my boobs. I don't like soft cup bras but this was the only bra the store had that fit right. The straps are thin and comfortable and even with the soft cup I haven't had any nipple problems like showing through my shirt. I just wish the lace bits didn't extend over the underwire. It's only by a couple of millimeters but it has a tendency to rub against me or even flip under and it really irritates my skin.
I suppose I bought into the PrimaDonna hype by a certain bra boutique. This bra doesn't fit me as well as it could, and should...especially given the price. The bra is nicely made, but it just isn't a good fit for me.
I am sorry about the fit of this bra doesn't work for you. But maybe you are lucky, being prima Donna's are so expensive! : )
