After trying 1745435309 bras of M&S, I found the one that fits.. almost. First of all the wires are narrow so theyre perfect! This is balconvette style, made really well and looking really posh - laces, roses, signed straps etc. straps are only half adjustable but for me are perfect length, also there soft, and even slighty too wide - thats not problem as theyre comfy - feels better than EM when theyre too wide. The wires are not really flexible, and theyre hard, so its slightly painful when the bra is on.. ill try to do sometinhg about it but they feel similar to my Fauve Bronte. ...The cups are made with 2 vertical seams and the lace is not too stretchy. Overal the cups are not digging at the top as there are perfect smoth lines however the vertical seam on the side its digging in to my breast from the bottom to the middle.. Im not sure if sizing up would solve the problem as the cups may be too large.. However if ill have an opportunity definietly ill try! bra is lovely and im going to keep now.
So Ive managed to improve fititng of wires in the Dark Oak colorway by pushing them down. Works well and doesnt hurt anymore Read more 107 more words
So this is my 2nd Rosie from M&S, and... damn! I need to try other colour so maybe it will be perfect! However, this one fits much better in the cups, no digging like in the 32DD - Marks & Spencer ยป Rosie Autograph (T81-088006311G) but instead the wires are just tiny bit too wide. The Rose one has 12.5cm wires and this one has 13.5, so I suppose that 13cm and this depth would make this bra perfect to the extreme! This also runs tigher than the rose one, and it makes perfect under my work clothes in this warmer weather.
This is one of the few bras that ft me perfectly in the cup. However since measuring myself correctly(34 band not 36 as previously) I realise this is slightly too loose round band. I have taken it in at the back and fits well now
Pros: alternating matte and shiny satin fabric pleats on the cups, embroidery, colour Cons: construction. The band is very stretchy, the cups are somewhat filled on the bottom, but the upper part of the cup sticks away from my body and does a weird thing when I can stick up to an iPhone (!) in it without even changing the way it looks outside. Weird.
Beautifully made, gorgeous colour and fabric, but the bra looks noticeably clunkier and less elegant than the A-D equivalent - a common problem for this range. Cup sizing must be slightly big as I now wear a 32E but this still fits.
