This is a sportstop-style bra, which in theory could be used as sportswear as-is. Well, I wouldn't dare, they'd kick me out of the gym for indecency. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />
Well, the bra is very comfortable and sturdy in a general way, which means it's absolutely spot-on for low impact sports like oriental dancing, canoeing, trekking and cross-country skiing, but out of (painful) experience I certainly wouldn't recommend it for martial arts or running if you're above G-cup. I know, since I've had one of these throughout my bra history, from F cup upwards.
Overall sizing is pretty standard, the H cup encloses my ... breasts very snugly, the bouncing problem comes from the fact that the material itself - comfy and airy as it is - is simply not sturdy enough for breast mass in H-cup. The band is on the snug side, I have it in the first hook and it's tight, on the other hand it _will_ stretch with wear, trust me. Personally I don't like the velcro strip as it often comes loose as it's too short when you have the bra in the first hook. It also makes washing difficult and may scratch your shirt or skin.
