I love this sports bra, but it definitely runs incredibly small in the band. I have it in the white color way, and it runs a full 2 sizes small. So more like a 24G than a 28F. The straps are only ¼ of the way adjustable, which is problematic for petites and those who are high set. The band is very solid and un-stretchy and the cups are compression. This bra really is hardcore, and it helps me forget I have breasts when I exercise. It's also really cheap to buy on Amazon or Ebay, so I'd definitely highly recommend it.

I bought this about 2.5 years ago. Mostly because I liked the colors, but also because when I do sprint work the bras I wear for weight lifting do not cut it.
I find the band in this still super tight. I go between a 28 and a 30 depending on comfort and this is still the tightest 28 I own, and I've been wearing it (and *machine* washing it) once a week for the 2.5 years I've owned it. So, it really lasts.
I only wear it for sprint work though, because the band is so tight it is not comfortable for long. For a sports bra that really does it's job (I'm talking 0 bounce), it's also ridiculously cute and I can wear it on it's own when it's hot.

I actually have 2 of these bras, and both are completely red (the other is in 28FF). They both run like 24 bands, which is perfect for me, especially during exercise. (If you check the measurements for this bra, the other colours seem to run closer to 26's. So if you need a 24, look for the all red one).
Right now I am about a 28F cup volume, and the bra is just a bit small around the chest. It really squishes me in and up, where some of my breast tissue is coming out at the top. It did fit very well though when I needed the 28E cup volume.

This sports bra really helps eliminate any pain during exercise and when I was running, it kept me in place. I'm not sure how it will work on significantly larger breasts, but for moderately small/medium boobs, it works very well.

The 28F has the same issues as the 28E but it's way better. If I found it for a relatively good price I'd make it work. Of course, because I'm returning it I can't really test it by working out with it but it seems pretty supportive. Maybe not enough for running but it would have its uses. The little bit of space at the bottom of the cup might bother me but I could add padding or sew it somehow. I get a little quadboob but I think I could live with it. The double set of hooks makes it a little harder to put on but the extra support and comfort is worth it. I also like the way it looks and prefer the compressed look to the pointy boob I've gotten with other sports bras.

Overall it's a great bra but would better for someone with a more compatible shape.

I have two shock abso's this size, both quite tight - other one fits well and another's too tight. I thought that was impossible to ever happen! Hence just okay comfort.
Cups seem to be about the right size. It keeps breasts really firm to the chest minimizing all bouncing. I prefer this flat style rather than cone or push up style as I think boobs are in the way while doing sports. Keeps boobs separate, which is great as between boob-sweat won't be a problem.

A nice looking bra with a band that's WAY smaller than stated, as it appears. I would think this would easily fit a 24 back... I couldn't even move the hooks past my sides at a 26 back. The cups seem somewhat smaller than an F.

Since I can wear the B4490 in band size 30 in the tightest setting without too much trouble, I wanted to try it out in 28, to see if it would fit.

Initially felt too tight, but after a while, seems that I have become used to it and it no longer feels uncomfortable.

This one is really tight, which probably a good thing. Should fit great once broken in.

Update: After comments that it really didn't look right on me, I realized it wasn't just that the band was really tight (based on reviews I was expecting the band to be really tight) But I had spillage and armpit fat as well, so I decided to exchange it for a cup size larger (28FF)
