I tried this bra on and was smitten with how beautiful it looked. Totally surprised that it fit me, as most of the unlined styles of bras don't fit my wide, shallow breasts very well. There is a very slight wrinkling on the top of my smaller breast (right breast) but it doesn't show through clothing. The lace cups have very little stretch to them but the mesh and embroidery is very flat, smooth, and comfortable. The inside of the cup has a short panel of nude mesh on the side of the cup.
I had to wear nipple petals to take pictures ...of this bra, as it's very see-through. I didn't have any problems with nipple showing through my shirts, though. The straps only adjust half-way (up to the top of the shoulder) and then separate into two thinner straps in the front. Both kinds of straps were comfortable and pretty.
The band seemed to be a true 32" size for me and was firm but not uncomfortable. This bra did give me a slightly pointy profile, which I generally don't like, but it wasn't very noticeable with my shirt on. I did notice that the underwires were slightly longer than I'm used to, but I didn't have any problems with it poking me under my arms. The underwires are very U shaped and long, but don't seem to be too narrow. The wires are also somewhat flexible.
All in all a gorgeous, sexy bra with a pretty good fit. My husband definitely approves! lol Read more 162 more words
This bra fits like a glove! Happy claps! I love it. Comfortable, smooth, high quality fabric, gorgeous color. No cleavage in it--just a nice rounded shape. Perfect every day bra. The material is like nothing I've ever felt before. It is not foam, it's not sheer...the tag said it's like a second skin. When I lightly touch my finger to my breast with the bra on, I can feel my finger.
After loving the other Simone I got recently, I decided to try another one on. Luckily, I was able to find one on a really good sale. While the band is too large, I don't mind too much: once it stretches out, I'll just alter it so it's tighter again.
The lace is really comfortable, much softer than the bougainvillea color of the other SP. I like the lace detailing on the straps and the little bows at the shoulders. Overall, this bra is comfy from the store, so I expect it to quickly become a bit too large. Still love it, and couldn't beat the price.

This bra's measurements have been altered
Removed the center V wire and closed the gap between the undersides: 3.6cm -> 1.7cm.
This is similar to Freya Deco vibe but cups have more projection. I understand why the Deco is popular but the size I found on Ebay (UK 32E) was slightly small in cups and the band was too firm so I sold it. This is the improved version from another brand. So give it a try if you can find it with a discount somewhere. The Deco was the first bra with J-hook I ever tried on. Not sure when this detail was invented but I have never even heard of if until last year. I have worn strapless bras the last +20 years so it is interesting to try new things.
Tried this on at the recommendation of the Nordstrom's associate who was helping me and fell in love. It is a very secure feeling bra, and it looks and feels amazing. Even though it is a t-shirt bra, Simone Perele still manages to make it special through use of fabrics and lace.
I am so sad to let this one go :[ It is sooooo beautiful. And sooooo French... And it was 60% off at Nordstrom Rack, but it's just the wrong size and shape for me.
Me: Super squishy // low-set // east-west/splayed // center full // mostly even top-bottom (but the squish makes everything a wild card) // still trying to figure out my roots--tissue begins near clavicle but top projection starts below armpits when standing; some side tissue esp. on larger side // immediate projection // asymmetry (large left and low right)
On me, the shaping of this bra is akin to that of Cleo Pixie ...Balconnet Bra (7481) (30F) and Cleo Hettie Balconnet Bra (9011) (32F). All felt good, are well made and so very pretty, but they all have the same strange horizontal profile similar to this \_)-(_/ from a top view. My tissue is sharply flattened from the outside edge of the wire to the front seam/apex. It occurs to me that padded/molded push up bras may have a similar structure hidden behind the additional material surrounding the cup, like so: (\_)-(_/)
I've only recently started my search for bras that fit, so perhaps this is a personal preference vs. a fit issue? The cut certainly tames my east/west splay, but that's the cost. I'm not sure what shapes would work for this bra. I envision this could've been under the clothes of Jean Seberg in Breathless...
I should also clarify that my main issue with this one is that the band is too big; with Pixie I couldn't fill the top cup/lace; and with Hettie I had severe quadding where the cup and lace met and awful wrinkling all over the cup. The side flattening is the only issue I see them having in common.
In summary...
Cons: *Wrong size in a very stretchy band *Side flattening *Wires too narrow *Wings too low *Better fit but less comfort when converted to criss-cross
Pros: *Elastic at top of cups provides the slightest bit of security without cutting into tissue (common issue for me) *Hidden gore reinforcement (so while it may appear to be fully banded, the elasticity of the band and top layer of mesh do not affect cup separation) *Lightweight and comfortable *Thoughtful and unique design *Convertible (G-hooks) *Fully adjustable straps *Oh-so sexy... This bra has a torpedo shape that does not flatter my shape, and the band is a bit large so it slides down. For someone who wants a more pointed shape, however, this is clearly a well-made option.
European sizing so the E cup is equivalent to a UK DD, something I didn't realise at the time of purchase. Beautiful soft brown bra with very pretty embroidery. The cups are moulded and made of a very soft stretchy spacer-foam like fabric. I can't really comment on the fit since its so far from being my actual size but I really wish it was made in my size since the styling/construction/colour is everything I've ever wanted in a bra. So sad that its not even close to fitting me any more.
Very pretty plunge bra - unfortunately didn't realise this brand skips double letters before I brought it so it fits more like a 32DD. The band is also quite stretchy to the point its not giving any support and I fall out the bottom relatively easily.
I bought this bra in France while I was on vacation. It's beautiful! Unfortunately, there were no 30Fs available, so I had to make due with a 32E. The cups fit very well, especially for an unlined bra, a style I typically find less forgiving of my uneven boobs. This one is very flattering. The lace is gorgeous and soft, and the bra is quite comfortable. Lots of unique, pretty details too, like pleating and buttons on the gore. If only the band was a little more snug, this bra would be perfect. I plan to just have it altered. Easy fix https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Very comfortable cup fabric. Tight, elastic stitching along inside cup edge causes it to cut into tissue slightly. Underwire ends 2cm before end of cup in center, so center gore lifts off chest.
I choose 'fits' but there's a little spill on the top and it often cuts into the tissue when the period is coming...In other days it's quite comfortable and invisible under any shirts. The width of cup seems small but I feel like the wire expanded in width when wearing it. The touch of cup is so fantastic. (It's strange that the past measurements indicate that the bands are much longer than average 70E, but mine is good)
I feel this fit better when I was heavier, probably more like a 32F in Fantasie or Freya (this would be a 32DD in those brands). However, it still feels pretty comfortable and gives nice shape despite there being probably a quarter inch between the underwire and my body. It's funny, if I really wrench on the band I can get the underwires to sit closer to my body (and there's no spill over at the top), but I don't think going down to a 30 band would be enough.
Pieced cup styles fit me much better in this brand, though the bands do still run pretty loose. I'd be comfortable in a 30 there, though.
This bra is very comfortable, however, the band is extremely stretchy. If Simone Perele made a 30 band, I'd go for it, but I think 32 is the lowest they go. The cups also seem very narrow, and it cuts off a bit of my breast tissue under my arms. The quality of the bra is outstanding; I only wish it fit me properly.
Wow that's extremely pretty!
