Finally, a sports bra that doesn't compress my upper breast tissue with a strap. And, it provides nipple protection. This cup offers space for center fullness, close-set tissue, and immediate projection. It it may not be ideal for those who need apex projection, because the cup is shallow and wide. However, the front-adjusting straps allow the cup to accommodate some shape variety. These straps, I think are what enable this bra to fit without compressing my upper roots. This is not a bra I'd recommend for low-set and/or tall users. ... The straps have limited adjustability. And, I can comfortably wear the straps fully extended. Short straps! The band is 1.25" wide and partially stretchy. Under the cups, the band is non -stretch. This is a feature I love. Non-stretch bands provide great support for my immediately projected breasts. Remarkably , the cup design combined with the back straps provide admirable lift.

This is a bra I can live in....during winter. It is too insulating for spring, summer, and fall. But, a comfortable winter bra is just what I needed.
