I have been searching for a racerback with a 40 band. Finally found this one a Third Love. Very comfy and smooth. Takes a while to get used to clasp. Great with low-cut t's and tanks.

Looks like a good fit! Front clasps are slightly evil, i haven’t ever gotten used to them, and usually they stab me. I always worry about clasp giving out during wear (have had it happen once), I just got 2 Aeries with front closure and was swearing at myself for getting them, but they where free!
Agree on front clasps, BUT I needed a racerback, and this one is great. If I can wear it comfortably all day, just think how comfy it is for women.

This bra was a disaster for me. I have always had good luck in the past with front-clasp bras from other brands, and I’ve tried enough ThirdLove bras to be confident in my size, but nothing about this bra fit me correctly. The wires were too narrow for my wide roots, and the bottom of the cup was too shallow for me, causing distortion. I have a somewhat shallow projection, but the overall shape of the cup was tapered in such a way that there wasn’t room where there needed to be. The cups were also not placed where I needed them to be, and the band was ... significantly tighter than other bras in this size by ThirdLove. The issue with the band was significant enough that I actually had difficulty closing the clasp. I wish I could say that once I got into the thing it was relatively alright, but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. The cups curved inward at the top, which didn’t work for me, and overall I think this was a shape mismatch. If you have wider roots I suspect this bra will be difficult to work with, and if you decide to try it might be worth sizing up in the band, as it doesn’t fit quite the same as some of their other cuts.

This bra did not work for me in any way.
I have wide-rooted, shallow boobs, so I couldn't fill the bottom of the cups. The straps were set way too far apart. The cups dug into my armpits.

I love the Thirdlove cups but the straps of their bras always slip on me, probably because my true band size is probably 28-29 which they don't have. However I find bras with those band sizes suffocating so I mainly buy 30 bras anyway. Luckily the racerback means I don't have any strap slippage and band size is snug without being uncomfortable so it's a perfect fit. I also love how lightweight it is.

Oo, I'm a little envious you fall into their range. I hear that, when they fit, they're super comfy!
Also, it sounds like their 30s might run looser than normal. For strap slippage, you could always get a Rixie Clip.
