Definitely a boob hat. The underwire floats almost two inches under my inframammary fold and the underwire edge (under arm) is so wide it actually digs into my arm! When I hold the underwire in place I fill the cups very nicely, so it's possible that a smaller band size might work, but the underwire still digs into my arm.
