This bra is pretty nice. I ordered it in the pink dot print, and was disappointed that the pattern didn't really look the same as it did on the website. The top is this kind of weird thick lace material (can't really describe it) that is not itchy, but it shows up under thinner shirts. The underwire is kind of poky under the armpit and it gives me kind of a square shape, but overall I really like this bra.
So I don't usually like Victoria's Secret bras, but I needed a few wireless and remembered loving their wireless bras. This one is very cute and comfortable! I love the mint green and Heather grey combo. I'm a 34DDD in Victoria Secret and this bra fits great (though just a tiny bit snug in the band). The only issue I have with this bra is that after wearing it a couple times the cups start to hang over the band a bit (you can see this a bit in the photos). I'm not quite sure how to describe this, but it almost creates a pocket between the band and the bottom of the cup. I'm wondering if this is because I wear a DDD and my boobs are heavier. I'm guessing that smaller busts may not have this problem with this particular bra. Still, it supports me and it's comfortable so I'm keeping it. Plus my partner thinks it looks sexy lol.
bought before i found my actual size. cup width are good for me, but gore does not tack at all. the cups are slighty too far apart for me. very stretchy band. Lace is very pretty though.
I was super excited about this bra, because it's one of my very first sports bras, and that's because it's the first I've seen in person that has both a clasp and an underwire! Unfortunately, this particular bra hasn't worked out all that well for me.
I have probably way too many bras from Victoria's Secret, and this is definitely the most secure out of all of them. That's not really saying a whole lot, though; any activity that even resembles running or jumping still causes quite a bit of bounce. Although it's advertised as providing "maximum support", I definitely wouldn't use this for anything more strenuous than yoga. ...Wearing this during yoga was a revelation, though; it was the very first time I wasn't distracted one bit by my breasts and it was amazing enough to finally push me into considering buying better fitting bras online.
It's also really cute! Not the highest priority, I know, but definitely something that matters to me. Even in what is definitely a cup size too small, it's possibly one of the most flattering bras I've owned. As someone who automatically drifts to push-ups, this was completely mind-blowing. I think it has to do with the fact that the band is realllllly snug, and it just helped everything stay nice and lifted-up so much better than anything else I've owned.
The zip-up layer over the cups is really comfy and I think helps keep everything tucked in so well, considering it's definitely too small in the cup (I spill out of the cup a little at the top, but it's kept in check by the zipped layer). It also looks really nice, less like a bra and more like a really snug crop top. (My boyfriend was also way more into it than any of the lacy things I've ever worn for him, but that might just be because he's weird; I wouldn't expect the same reaction from other boyfriends/girlfriends/cuddlechums.)
I actually really wanted to wear this as an everyday bra, since it definitely seemed to fit my two requirements: Cute and Comfy, but half a day of wearing this knocked it out of the Comfy category.
After wearing it for a while, I realized that I was feeling pretty sore in the area against the outer end of the underwire and just along the top edge of the side; when I checked on it a little later, I saw that my skin was red and chafed. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but a couple hours later it hurt enough that I checked again and the chafing was worse enough that I was actually worried about being rubbed raw and took the bra off. At that point, I noticed the my shoulders were also a starting to be similarly red and felt slightly sore. When I looked at it after taking it off, I realized that with this bra there are loads of seams all up against your skin. While it might not be as uncomfortable for someone with less sensitive skin, I think at least some degree of discomfort is probably inevitable.
Summed up: it's cute, and I really wish I could recommend it, but there are definitely WAY better options out there. If you fit into VS's sizes and want something cute to keep your breasts snug, but not necessarily stationary, it'll work. Just make sure to keep your receipt and watch out for chafing. Believe it or not, VS does make DDD bras. I just got this bra the other day (had to order it online, as it is not in the catalog or in stores) and I LOVE IT. It doesn't look like anything special, but the fit is perfect, and it looks great under tight shirts. My only complaint is that the straps are kind of slippy, even when they're as small as possible. It might have to do with the satin-y fabric. This bra comes with removable rhinestone "V"s attached to the straps, and it really adds a touch of pizazz to an ordinary black bra.
Bought second hand unworn. Very comfortable, great shape for shallow breasts. Sheer black mesh cups with black strap details through the cup. Straps fit fine nearly fully extended but have a lot of room to adjust for shorter length if needed.
This is my very first Victoria secret bra in my life . I just had a reduction and finally I fit into the VS sizes (kind of) After my dr cleared me to wear normal bras since the reduction, I went to bra shopping and I literally tried on every style in the store that came in DDD cup. This lined Demi style was the only one that fit , but it fits beautifully . It give a very nice rounded shape and unlike other bras in the store it has 3 row hooks so it is actually really supportive. The colour is also gorgeous and perfectly disappears On me ...even under the lighters thightest t shirt. It is nude but has this rose gold shine and it is just divine looking . I went to the mall to buy nude tshirt bra and before I found this I tried on a bunch of extremely ugly warcoal bra ( none of them fit ) Where I had to remind me I am buying bras that look good under clothes not by themselves . But with this bra I do not have to compromise . It is practical as serves as a supportive nude t shirt bra , but it is also gorgeous at the same time.
My breasts are very even shaped now, not shallow , but not projected either and even bottom and top fullness . All the other Style bras in the store were cutting into top of my boobs or gave me side boobs. I am just trying to figure out my new size and I am probably between 34 E and F cup in UK size, which is between 34DDD and 34G in US. Based on The fact that this fits me , I would say it runs maybe a half cup larger than other VS bras or maybe just the Demi style forgiving regard to top fullness. Read more 214 more words
Bought before I found my actual size. Black lace is a bit scratchy, olive is a smoother material. Cup material is very thin and the band is very stretchy. Wires are a good width. Gore is too wide for me, and does not tack. The boobs are separated but the bra does not provide any forward push; they are pushed to the side somewhat, not the best profile.
Bought before i found my actual size. Rather thick, and somewhat padded. Shortened the band; was way too stretchy. Gore is too wide for me and does not tack. The cup depth and width are good; too bad this is the biggest cup size.
The stretchy top is AMAZING it actually stays in place and doesn't gap no matter how much I move!!! This cup is slightly deeper than the dream angels unlined and doesn't come up as high either. This is SO perfect for me and I'm really mad it's being discontinued. The gore is a bit too tall for my liking and doesn't touch at the very tip top, but that's just because how close set I am.
I AM SO SAD ABOUT THIS. The shape is perfect for me but it's TOO SMALL for my right side https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> which makes the wires sink down a bit and hurt my ribs. I'm SO upset because it's SO pretty and really just fit my left side perfectly but RIP because VS doesn't carry anything larger, and the 34 band is already a bit loose on me so I can't go to a 36DDD. Returned.
Pretty black satin material with comfortable straps. However I get the dreaded double boob effect when I wear these pushups so I've had to retire them.
This bra is good quality and in good condition. It works well for a strapless bra because it is very sturdy and the band has a lot of structure. The only downside is the lace on the bottom can irritate your ribcage if the bra does not fit properly.
Looks cozy!
