This bra is a great comfortable bra with wide padded straps, full coverage, so there is no spilling out. The band is wide and comfortable and soft. Unlined, which means no moulded cups.
The bra size was true to the first recommended-size of the Brand, from this website and from all of the measurements done correctly with knowledge of breast root.
The band is tight but I have no complaints because that's what gives the lift. It doesn't interfere with my breathing, I do not notice it but I'm sure people will and I only edited this review to let you know this fact after reading the other reviews. I didn't even think to put it.

This bra and size is pre weight loss. The image is from post weight loss and so are the measurements of the bra, so the measurements are bigger from wear, washing and drying. It still fits better than any bra I've ever had from before I found this website and it's great measuring system.

Although the wires are not as padded as Wacoal Bodysuede, these are wrapped in several layers of fabric. And, it remains one of the most comfortable wired bras available on the market today.

I planned to alter this band (sister size to 32G), but there is not enough elasticity remaining in this well-loved band.

Please note: this is a well-used model and I doubt the band, new, will stretch to 38".

Wacoal is at the top of my list for comfortable bras. This is one of their stand outs, in my opinion.

Comfort features:
*Cushioned straps

*Satin lined cups
*Supportive fabrics

No matter how much a manufacturer pads their wires, .9" gore widths are still too wide. And, Wacoal is not known for center projection. This bra seems well-suited for average root width, average projection, average space between breasts. I would really appreciate an unlined @Wacoal for close-set, center-full, immediately projected breasts. However, the other Awareness features are so wonderful, I'll purchase a used model and replace/trim wires to a suitable size and overlap the gore ... wires for my short-waisted, close set, center-full self.

The lift and rounding are excellent. In fact, this is my favorite unlined shape, to date.

Despite how it sounds on paper, this is the best bra fit I've found so far. I suspect that my cup size is actually slightly larger than this, because the similar Wacoal 855170 was definitely too small. The 85567 (of which I have seven, so I feel confident in them) is a little too small in the cup volume and underwire height and the gore doesn't quite lie flat against the sternum, but it gives fantastic support and feels as if it fits (even though it doesn't, quite).

I had a professional fitting at Nordstrom, but she never told me my measurements or size, just threw three 80$ ... bras of various sizes in with me (I had told her I was on a budget and she had sounded sympathetic, maybe she was hoping I wouldn't actually check the prices? I literally can't afford not to check prices); she threw in a couple others after I found her and asked if she had anything on sale, and thus I ended up with a beige Wacoal 85567 34H for 45$ (although there were bras that fit better, I couldn't afford them).

If I'd known then what I know now, I would have written down which brands/models/sizes fit me because I could have looked for them in sales or auctions (20/20 hindsight)

I do have the problem with this bra that I have with every underwire bra I've ever had (at any size) in that it can initially fit very well but after some hours of wearing it, the fabric pulls off the underwire so it starts pinching at the side because I will now have bare fabric at the top of the underarm-underwire which causes the breast to spill over slightly and get pinched.

Despite how this sounds, it feels so good every time I put one on! (and wear it all day)

Pros:

Gives fantastic support
Straps are wide at shoulder so bra doesn't start digging into shoulders
Three hooks at back give full support
Although can be hard to get on initially due to tight band, band seems to stretch just enough to be easier to put on and not get too stretched out (I have had my 85567s for three months as of November, and I have three pre-owned one of which was fairly used before I got it and all of which have the same excellent sizing and support so I am guessing they won't over-stretch as long as taken care of, e.g. hand-washed in delicate and never machine-dried etc.
Pretty good-looking for such good support

Cons:

After wearing for a few hours, underwire "hides" and causes pinching on breast tissue under arm -- but this may or may not be the bra, as I always have this issue with any bra. (It's like the underwire is smaller than the channel it is placed in)
Can be expensive
Could be available in more/prettier colors

Comfortable but produces an unfortunate shape. It seems to pull the breasts down and to the outside. The effect is not flattering at all and seems to emphasize the effect of gravity. It has firm support but lacks any pleasing profile. Very unfortunate because it is very comfortable

This is the best underwired bra I've ever had! It's so comfortable! It's even comfier than some non-wired bras. I wear this bra constantly. The underwires are so well cushioned that they don't push against my ribcage uncomfortably. Many underwired bras do. The shoulder straps are wide and cushioned so they're also super comfortable.

This bra is a great match for my bottom-heavy boobs with wide roots. I've had this bra in size 32DDD size for years. I recently bought the 32DD bra. This is a better fit for me after weight loss.

I'm quite short (160 cm). The straps are too long for me. That's a common issue with ... shoulder straps that only adjust halfway. I had to do a little sewing job and shorten them, even though the bra is brand new. Shortening the straps fixed the wrinkling in the tops of the cups. Now they don't wrinkle anymore, except slightly in my smaller left cup.

The bra is quite tall. The cups easily peak out from open necklines. But the tops of the cups don't still wrinkle, unlike in most full cup bras.

The band is snug. If you're between band sizes, go for the bigger one.

I've had this 32DDD bra for years, and it has lasted. Excellent quality.

This bra is a great match for my bottom-heavy boobs with wide roots. After weight loss, the cups are actually a bit too wide, which almost never happens. Usually, bras are too narrow for me.

It's my only bra that doesn't wrinkle in the ... tops of the cups after weight loss. It does a bit on my smaller left cup, but not on the right. It did at first, but shortening the straps helped for that. This bra can handle fluctuations in weight, which is strange.

I really love this bra. It supports my breast forms perfectly and doesn't allow them to shift. It also gives my bust a great look. It is really comfortable.

Fabric and lace trim are soft and do not irritate my skin like other bras can. I like the initial look of the shape, but the supportive sling causes bulging, not smooth shaping, in the lower third of my breasts. The pressure at the bottom of the U of the wires digs into my ribcage (though not as painful as 38I). Maybe I could get used to it?
