My best fit is usually a 40B. I wanted to try a 38B with an extender to see if I could get a better cup fit. Unfortunately, the cup is too narrow, and the wire doesn't extend back far enough. This causes discomfort after a short time. I will try this bra in a 38C which is the sister size for my best fit.
