This bra was the 1st of the 2 I bought back in 2007 to wear with my 2 silicone breastforms(size#7) from Amoena. I bought this 36D that I used with a extender. a month or so later I bought the same model in it's sister size of 38C. I didn't know about sister sizes back then but the wonderful SA who fit me did. I just didn't realize it then. I must say both sizes of 36D and 38C work well with my forms and very comfortable.
