I have tried quite a lot of Wacoals and own a few; enough to know that (in general) their bands run slightly small and the cups run true. However, this "In Bloom Contour" is the exception. The band is at least 2" shorter than their others. I had to use an extender on the longest hooks to even get it on. The cups also ran a full size small and I quadded everywhere.
As for the bra itself, it's very pretty: the band is a single layer of stretch mesh, with black and silver flowery embroidery stitched directly onto the fabric and not layered over it as an applique. It did not seem to impede the stretch any at all. The cups are shallow, and have a thin layer of foam for modesty and to even out the nice rounded shape. The top edge seems to be fairly closed. The bandless gore is a plunge with the center fabric gathered into what reminds me of butterfly wings, with 3 little pearls over the top. The straps are fully adjustable.
