I was first fitted into a 34DDD, but I ended up going back to Dillards and finding my best size on my own- a 34G. Even though I only went up 1 cup size there was a BIG difference in cup depth, where a US 34G feels like a UK 32G so keep that in mind.
The band is interesting on this one. Maybe it's due to the double mesh but it feels snug on any of the 3 hooks, yet it can stretch. Like others have said it does give a conical shape but it's by no means a bullet bra. On me it's a softly rounded point, ... one of my favorite silhouettes and just so happens to be my own natural shape so I had no issues filling out the center of the cups. I like that it supports and gives great lift, contains all my tissue even my FOT, and is made of soft yet supportive lace/mesh.
This isn't a comfortable sleep bra though, since the inner wires are so high up they chafe when I lie on my side. While I love that I get zero jiggle when wearing this bra (I seriously think I could use it as a sports bra) that's achieved because soooo much of the breast tissue/chest is covered. That is probably the biggest set back since you can't wear it with a lot of tops. I have close set, center full breasts and there is not even a hint of cleavage, that's how much skin this bra covers.
I'd definitely recommend this bra to people who have physical jobs/lives or just want their breasts to stay in place. It's not for people who like rounded, traditionally sexy, versatile bras. I personally really love this bra though https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
