cups are too shallow for my shape, but because it's a sports bra I can get away with it. It's currently one cup size too small so wearing it for a long stretch is uncomfortable. The strip of bias tape along the bottom of the band is uncomfortable and can dig in and roll up. Not sure if have the right size cup would fix this issue. I wear this for higher impact activities and it works well.
