I have a little quad boob going on, but I think going up a cup size would be too much. The bra is quite comfortable and I feel well supported in it. It doesn't poke me. The band is a little tight on the middle setting, leaving slight red marks, but it doesn't feel uncomfortable. I haven't had it long enough to know how it's going to handle the long haul...
