This is a swim top I found at Target. It's a underwire halter top with highly adjustable straps (which simultaneously tighten the band and neck when pulled); it has push up-type padding in sizes S-XL but has a light foam lining in D/DD. The cups appear seamless from the front but are three part on the inside. The cups are large enough to contain all of my tissue and the mesh front prevents falling out of the top or quadding. The band is a little longer than I'd prefer and the straps are a little thin (and thus dig into my shoulders a bit) but both are minimal problems compared to how flattering and secure it is overall. Easily the best swim top I've ever had.
