likeThese two bras should be very similar (they are not). They are both made by the same company (Cleo is a division of Panache) and have the same general cut. Also, a 28DD would be expected to have the same cup volume as a 30D. However, these bras couldn't be much different. Simply put, the Cleo bra looks nice on and the Panache bra is terribly unflattering.
Comparing the two sets of measurements, it's easy to see why with just a glance. The cups of the Panache bra are slightly wider (0.2"), but more tellingly, the depth of the Panache bra is 3/4" greater than the Cleo bra. Also, the cups are almost a full 1/2" farther apart! This is the reason why the breasts seem to fall down and to the sides in the Panache bra.
The bands of the two bras feel almost the same. Even though the band length shows a difference of more than 3 inches, it's the stretched length that is more important (because bras are worn at or near their stretched length), and that is almost identical between these two models.
The Panache bra is pretty, but I can't recommend it because of its fit issues. I definitely recommend the Cleo bra because it is not only cute, but has an accurate and flattering fit.
