likeThese two bras are very similar. Both have bands that are "too loose" in the sense that they can be stretched quite far from the ribcage, but leave red marks and don't shift up in the back. Both have low-cut cups that give me the "double boob" effect when I straighten my back. Both have seams on the cups that show through clothes and are sheer/see-through. The big differences are that the E72-720 has some foam padding on the lower half that creates some "lift", there is only one seam (vertical, on the underside of the cup), there is no elastic on the top of the cups, and there are ruffles on the straps and back that show through clothes; the Harmonies Balcony is truly unpadded, has four seams on the cups (three vertical on the underside of the cup and one horizontal across the cup), has elastic on the top of the cups that makes the "double boob" effect a little worse, and does not have any frills that show through clothes.
