likesThese bras are so close to the same, but the small differences between the two really make a huge difference.
Cosmetically the Casey's blue is a much prettier color, the lace is better looking as well. The "nude" is on the boring side, but the lace really adds a nice touch. The Jeanie is just a basic looking bra, nothing really special about it.
Measurement and design wise, the Casey is just slightly bigger everywhere. The band is a bit larger which is not good for smaller 28s that are using this brand in 30s. The cups are slightly wider and slightly deaper, so slightly in measurement that you wouldn't think it makes a difference. They are also a touch more stretchy feeling then the Jeanie. But it really does make a difference when it comes to fit. One woman may fit fine in the Casey and have the Jeanie come up small, or the Jeanie works and the Casey comes up large.I've never owned the Deco so I can't compare the two, but personally between the Jeanie and Casey I preferred the Casey. The band was too large, but I preferred the cups of the Casey over the Jeanie.

likesI prefer Casey to Jeanie. The lace makes the bra a little prettier, and looks a little classier than the silver heart charm on Jeanie.
When I first got Casey in the mail today, I thought it had a better (more rounded) shape than Jeanie (more tear-drop), but trying on Jeanie again that shape seems to be the same in both. Perhaps the shape of the Jeanie has improved after a washing. (Jeanie was never pointy, just less round than what I was used to with the Deco.)
Compare my side-profile pictures from each review to see if you think there is a shape difference.
Jeanie cuts into my breast tissue more, although neither really causes quadra-boob.
The band is a little looser on Casey, so those with smaller rib-cages measurements may prefer Jeanie.
