like30G was measured after owned for some months.
30FF freshly measured before 1st wear.
This may be why 30G has a larger band measurement. Keep in mind they are likely closer in size when compared brand new.Due to the firm molded style 30G cups are only noticeably larger if you are wearing it and pat down into the material to feel the slight gapping. (This is my larger of the 2) This gap spacing is the only way to tell if the cup is rightly fitted where otherwise a pieced cup the fit would be clearly visible.
Straps exact same width, 1.7cm. Everything else negligible differences. It is best to try at least 2 sizes on for your own comfort.
